Quick response, good communication, work was done well and clean up was very thorough.
They responded and dried out the water damage. We agreed to have them do the restoration and signed a contract When our insurance balked at their prices on certain.areas, we intervened on their behalf. Weeks passed with no word , I left voicemails, sent texts and email. Finally, my husband called the owner who insisted on a conference call with his project manager. Basically, they called us liars and said they received no calls from us. At this point, the project manager said she did not want to work with us because we now had an adversarial relationship, The owner then said he would have to think about doing the job. Think about it? He did a major sales job touting how great they are which convinced us to sign a contract. Now he says there is not enough money in the job? After much discussion about why they did not consider the size of the job at the onset, Daniel released us from the contract and we paid him for the work they had performed. Daniel parting words were, It will take months to find someone to do the work . The next day, we had a contractor at our house who had all the restoration plus some extras we added completed in four days. We could not be happier. We got an old school contractor who does it all himself so it worked out better for us. Wright way is all fluff,,,they do the bare minimum and expect top dollar. I recommend talking to several other companies before you hire them to do restoration work. They were fine for dry out but that is it
Molly, We are sorry to see such a low rating. We are a water mitigation company, with our primary focus on the demolition and dry out of properties. It does seem you were happy and satisfied with that part, which we are happy to see. The reconstruction is a separate service that we do not provide for all our mitigation customers. We were not able to do the work needed at your house within your timeframe and insurance allowed amounts. At that point, we felt our best customer service to you was to recuse ourselves and have you find a contractor that is better suited. It seems that has happened, and we are glad to hear that. All the best, The Wright Way Team.
The experience I had with Wright Way , was excellent! They were so professional and easy to work with. Diilan was great at explaining what needed to be done. The owner was very quick and responded to my home and had a crew out to do restoration of my home. Wonderful job guys. I'd recommend them highly
Thanks, Cindy, for your kind words!
They are very faithful and supportive. Our basement got flood damage and we needed restoration. I asked Daniel, CEO of the company for help on Dec 29 and he got his crews on Dec 30 and 31st immediately. He even came to my home on the new year day to monitor the progress to make sure things were working correctly. Their invoice was also very transparent and actually it was cheaper than the original quotation I got from Servpro. I highly recommend to ask the company for the work if you needed to restore your house.
Daniel Wright did a free inspection of water damage and found it right away. Within a week, he had people working on the job. His workers did quality work. One worker repaired a water damaged vanity that couldn't easily be replaced. He also educated me about my house. When I got the bill, the pricing was fair and I was pleased with the experience.
I was dealing with mold from a burst pipe a year ago (naive first time homeowners--we had no idea water damage = mold we thought hey, the paint isn't peeling and the carpet dried out with our little home dehumidifier... so we're all good! so naive!) and water damage from some flooding due to excessive rainwater coming in under the foundation (we actually never would have found the mold, or at least not until it was much worse, if it weren't for the flood.) What a nightmare situation water damage is.. well I guess you must know that much if you're reading this. Daniel's crew came out the day after Christmas (did I mention this was all happening at Christmas?) to look at the damage but they couldn't give a number estimate due to the nature of the damage (all hidden behind the drywall). His crew came out the following Monday and got to work. Throughout they kept me in the loop. I appreciated Daniel showed up every day, even though he was managing a few houses that had also flooded, to make sure everything was going well and that I knew what was up. I also appreciate how sweet his crew is. I don't think that's an adjective I'd usually attribute to contractors. I've been dealing with a LOT of contractors lately for the rebuild and everyone I've hired as been *friendly* but *sweet* is another level.. just: thoughtful, and compassionate, and warm. And hardworking by the way, a few of his crew decided they wanted to work New Years Day, even! Now they're currently helping me by giving the insurance company everything they need for the insurance claim for the burst spigot, which clearly requires a sizeable amount of time and energy on their part, but they're doing it without complaint. Plus, you know.. I'm now mold-free. So, yes, I'd recommend them.
Daniel Wright was just the right person to do the clean-up and drying out of two rooms damaged by a water heater leak. The job was done thoroughly and the prep for repairs done neatly. He explained all aspects of the project and was here each day to monitor the many drying machines in my rooms. I will also be using his company to do the restoration work. His office communicated well with my condo management company who is responsible for all repair costs. Thankful that I found him here on Home Advisor.
The owner called me the same night I went into Home Advisor and said he would try to fit me in for an estimate. He was able to send his Lead to my place and I received an estimate and had the work completed within the week. Mike was good at explaining what he was going to do and Daniel kept in touch throughout the week. I appreciate that they were able to get the work done so quickly.
