It was a great experience from start to finish. They were communicative, timely, courteous, took time to answer all my questions, cleaned up after themselves, and showed me how to use everything they installed. To sum it up, they were easy to do business with. Also their pricing was much less than other quotes I got for the exact same equipment.

I did not want the week to end without telling you about my experience with your company on 7/28/20. Over the weekend my air-conditioning system stopped working. I knew when I bought my home four years ago I would have to replace the HVAC; but when it broke I panicked. As a single woman, I hate the uncertainty of not knowing if I am being lied to and swindled. I scheduled two appointments; the second was with a competitor. The competitor arrived first. I received a text with the worker's picture; it said he liked fishing. After his inspection he showed me pictures he had taken on his I-Pad and told me I would have to buy a whole new system. I asked if there was any way to repair it just thru the summer as I needed time to save money he said no. I got the text from your employee Jesus that he was on his way. Frankly I almost cancelled but I thought "just get your second opinion." Jesus took his time and explained everything to me and I trusted his knowledge. Jesus did more than the initial appraisal visit required. He steadied the outside system; finding a random plank and sawing the plank to steady the system. He opened it and cleaned out leaves and dirt; he hosed it down. He also told me that I would be needing a new system but did what he could to help me get by in the meantime. Jesus explained HVAC mechanics without mansplaining. . After experiencing Jesus' thoughtfulness I became more aware at the competitor's indifference for my comfort as my home had been 90 degrees over the weekend. Apparently my HVAC was just so broken; he decided it was not worth repairing. The pictures, the text with the picture, knowing his hobbies made no difference in my ability to trust this company. Jesus' thoughtfulness is exactly what creates loyal customers and I just want to thank you because I am so grateful. Seven, Eight, Ten Thousand dollars is a lot of money to invest; but to me I am not solely investing in a HVAC system. I am investing my trust in a company first; my money second. When I am prepared to make that investment, , you can be assured I will contact Wright Air Systems. I don't ever write to companies but I felt Jesus deserved that you know how well he represents Wright Air Systems.

Jake was honest about the issues with my furnace and A/C. It was over a weekend and I had another contractor take a look prior to having Wright's out to the property. Our circuit board went out and were quoted almost $3000 to get it fixed. I knew the A/C and furnace were past their prime, and was anticipating having a bill in the future to replace it all but the quote I received kept me up at night. Kelly contacted me first thing Monday and Jake was out to the property before noon. He quickly did a fix to get the A/C running so we could be comfortable in the heat. Then told me it'd be much less for the circuit board replacement (under $700) and we could make plans to replace the A/C and furnace in the future. He assured me that he would come in cheaper than the replacement quote I got and was in no rush to push me to do the work. I appreciated his honesty and care, he treated me like family. That's a rare thing to find in this world lately. Wright's Air Systems really came through and I know they have my best interest at heart. I am glad they are a contractor I can trust.

I finally have found an honest HVAC Company!! I had several other companies come to help me evaluate whether my AC could be fixed or get bids if I needed to get a new one. One said it couldn't be fixed so I needed a new AC; another said I needed a new AC AND a furnace; another said I need a new AC AND a water heater. Then my maintenance company technician showed up for the yearly check-up with a salesperson who wanted to sell me a unit because he said my unit was getting oldâ but neither the technician nor he had even checked it yet this year. Discouraged and not knowing which way to turn, I inquired of a trusted contractor if he knew of an honest HVAC company and was referred to Wright's Air Systems, a family owned and run business in Provo. He felt that Kelly Wright, the father, and his two sons were all honest businessmen. Jason Wright, a son, arrived the next day after my request for an appointment. After examining the system, he checked the AC levels and said he thought he could fix it for under $200. He acknowledged that it was getting older but that the whole system still appeared to be in good working condition, so with this bit of a fix, he felt it would be running at full capacity again. I had him fix it and it was like I had a new AC unit! He took time to answer all my questions and taught me what to look for to determine when to call for help. He was knowledgeable, patient and personable. I felt that he was fair with the pricing and that he was honest. In fact, he more than lived up to the referral I was given. Josh was fantastic. He diagnosed my coil was bad on a 5 year system. Kelly went to bat for me with Rheem to get my coil under warranty and they replaced it.
