Over the phone when we discussed the job, we were talking at the same time instead of him listening to me, the consumer. So I felt that it wasn't gonna go well. The vendor was defensive when I was trying to explained to him that I didn't like how he had half way sanded my wood rails on my staircase..so you could see that through the stain and he was messy, left paint on my hardwood floors. I'm so disappointed!

Excellent communication, he wanted to be certain that we clearly understood the scope of the project and worked with us to add a few extra items we wanted addressed. They did quality work, kept the work environment clean. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them for this type of work.

Painted a metal fence. They began the project and could not complete the first day due to rain. As soon as the rain stopped 3 days later they were back on the job and completed. Very conscientious and hard working. Did the proper prep work before starting the paint . Great price and after the job was complete we gave them a bonus. I recommend.
