Had previously used services and was quite happy but had water back up into my basement and called this company and was told would be called back. Never called back. Water did go down on its own but happened again and when called was told would be contacted by the dispatcher and was not. Still have water in my basement and have contacted a different plumber that called me back and showed up. Walls caboodle by big white tushy. With my experiences of the past three weeks would not recommend their services. I know they can handle simple jobs but left me hanging out with water just sitting in my basement. Shame on you wyattworks

WyattWorks Plumbing was a phenomenal company to work with in a pickle. Typically, for a project such as replacing a hot water tank, I would have tried to do myself. But with working and the craziness around COVID_19, I knew it wouldn't be feasible to do on my own. WyattWorks was prompt to respond, came out the SAME DAY I contacted them. Gave me options, and installed a reliable system. Will use them again for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Tankless Water Heater Installation
We have hired WyattWorks Plumbing based on their initial home visit and their professionalism, their providing numerous options for our project, an option I was not considering actually the one we're going with, which will save us not only thousands of dollars but definite problems down the road if we had hired any other plumbing company we interviewed and they had proceeded with the work. Larry, from WyattWorks is the best person from any plumbing company I've ever worked with. While the work has not begun yet, they were just hired, I am confident the final results will be equal to the initial quality and professionalism of Larry.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
After making the appointment to have the water heater replaced, the employee arrived promptly on the appointed day, gave me the options and I picked what I wanted. Then he set about disconnecting the old one and preparing for the installation of the new one. All in all it took about 4 hours and the area was cleaned of all debris, the old tank hauled away.

We called Wyattworks plumbing needing a new water heater because ours had just broke down, and we'd been going on day 2 without hot water. They were about to send Alan out that same day. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and found the right system for us. They weren't sure how quickly they could get the new heater to us, but things worked out wonderfully, and we were able to get the new heater in the very next day. Would definitely recommend!

I needed my Water Heater replaced. During the estimate Jamal was straight forward about the pricing and showed me what would be replaced. Didn't try to sell anything that wasn't needed for my household. I also liked the warranty for parts and labor. They did excellent work. I am extremely pleased with this company! There response was time was excellent. They responded within minutes to my request for service,. The Customer Service Rep. that contacted me was very professional, responsive and very personable. She was reassuring and her follow through was excellent. J Jamal Btiebet, Sr.Service Technician was OUTSTANDING! He was very professional, skilled, punctual and most of all courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. His finished product was incredible. He his a very skilled and gifted Technician and the quality of his work demonstrates that. Bryan was a great help. He gave us a detailed description of what he found and gave us options and a recommendation. We really appreciate his workmanship and definitely recommend him. We had a leak behind our washing machine and a utility sink that had a leaky pipe. Bryan fixed these issues and also replace some pipes and our water pressure regulator.

Excellent company with great service. Emily is very personable and through- got the process going immediately. Larry evaluated the 2 projects I had and gave me a detailed explanation of what he found and then gave options for the repairs and pricing. He is very knowledgeable and on a scale of 1 to 10 - he gets an 11.

The company in general was great to work with - very helpful and pleasant office staff, great follow up. I had several tree roots in the line causing a basement drain backup. The tech Derron was great too - very knowledgeable, explained everything in "laymen's" terms, solved the problem. I manage rental properties and will use them at work as well. Highly recommend them.

Rocky did a great job in fixing a pipe and repairing a faucet. He was very professional and polite. He took pictures of the repairs and showed what he had done. He explained everything to me before and after the repairs. Great Customer Service!

Larry did a great job of cleaning the sump drain, replacing some bad line and a dead sump pump and battery backup with a new heavier duty dual pump and and battery backup system. He carefully explained the new system and did a thorough clean-up They might not be the cheapest around, but the quality of their product and service is top notch. (And you get what you pay for.) They are very good about keeping you informed, and setting and keeping appointments with courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

Wyattworks came in to give me a second opinion on a project another plumbing company estimated at $3000. It turns out there was not an issue that needed replaced, and they did a full inspection of my drains and offered many options for fixing problems.
