Throughout the project, I remained respectful, patient, and professional, even as the customer repeatedly cursed at me and acted in a volatile manner. I made it clear from the beginning that if anything was in the way or if there were any issues, they could let me know directly so I could address them. At no point did I refuse to fix or adjust anything brought to my attention. Despite my efforts to continue the job professionally, the customer?s behavior became increasingly aggressive. For my own safety, I ultimately made the decision to leave the job early and take a loss rather than remain in a hostile environment. I informed the customer that I would not be able to finish the work under those conditions. I take pride in my workmanship and conduct myself with professionalism on every job. I regret that this situation unfolded the way it did, but I felt it was important to explain the circumstances surrounding my departure."
