Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
In 2023, we hired Wyman Construction to come in and take out our old propane fireplace. Had to put $$ down the first time , saying it was going into an "escrow", account. All in all I was quoted $15,000 for him and his crew to put in a wood burning fireplace. Little did we know, we would be left with a whole in the middle of my house and no fireplace at all. He took our $15,000 and in April of 22 was never heard from again. The one picture is before and the others are what we were left with!!! A few years after this, we hired someone who came in and did us right, only changing us 1/2 of what he did and when the knew contractor came out and began work, the fire place they put together, crumbled into a million pieces. We DO NOT recommend using Wyman Construction as they will not do the work right and take off with your money. No contractor should ever ask for money before job is completed... BEWARE. And shame on us for paying all that to him and his crew. Lesson learned, the hard way.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Peter never started the job that we contracted to begin February 21st, 2021 and never returned to my residence after cashing the check on February 3rd 2021. We tried numerous attempts to resolve the issue since he said the snow fall had gotten him behind. We had even expressed we could come to him to pick up out $3000.00 and offered an opportunity for him to do the work he promised when or if he ever got free he just kept giving us the run around and excuses as to why he could never meet us to return our money. Very bad experience and have been 3000 dollars in the hole waiting on our money to be returned from his possession to even try to find someone else to do the job.

"We started the permit process. We have had drawings produced, and emailed to the city and client for approval. We are reimbursing clients even though we have a lot of time vested in this project. We are sorry we cannot complete this project at this time."

Peter and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom and kitchen remodel. No matter what we asked for or suggested, he always had great suggestions and a valid solution to each issue. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use again.

Peter and his team of workers are the absolute best. Peter is very knowledgeable in all areas of remodel, he offered suggestions on projects but never put the hard sell on us. Every bit of work that was done was done to perfection. He and his team now feel like family, some of the nicest guys I have met. I would highly recommend Wyman Construction for any project you have, big or small.........

"We have been through the HomeAdvisor arbitration process and won this case and was awarded monies. The Job was completed to the extent of the contract. The homeowner has not paid for cabinets, dirt work, or outstanding balance. The Contract was NOT with Edina S. We have tried to resolve this situation to the best of our ability. She is not the home Owner. From the beginning, they loved our work, guys, and production rite up to the time they started running out of money, Wyman Construction will always do whatever it takes to make sure it is done correctly."
