My wife hired TSW in October of 2020. The PM Jason told her this would be a four to six week remodel and they should be done by thanksgiving. it was not required but we left the home for four weeks to allow them to get the project done. Upon our return we found our home in disarray, not one project was finished and several were not started. The baseboards were not fitted properly, the painting was not done in a professional manner, the cabinet and floor install were incorrect, TSW had to hire another cabinet installer to come in and reinstall cabinets , still not correct but much better, they tore out both bathrooms, and put one back together but had an issue with the grout, so they tore it out and left us without a bathroom, they did put us up in a hotel, upon return to our home we had one partially functioning bathroom and to this day they have not put the second bathroom back together, the electrical work they did was not what was discussed, they never started the storage room or finished the laundry room, the laundry room cabinet install was so bad they had to tear the cabinets out and throw away, so I purchased cabinets and installed them myself and reinstalled the appliances so we had a laundry room, I also installed a new kitchen backsplash. What I have listed is not even close to covering the experience we have had with TSW. Jason, Alex and Jamie are far from honest, competent or professional. Promises were made some verbally and some in writing, but promises were not kept. We have pursued legal action and will continue to try to recover our money.

Owner has completely ghosted my family member. Just days after the contract was signed and the full payment of project was paid they showed up for 3 half days to tear out and left materials / debris and mold infested material inside the home. family member as been left with out a working shower or bathtub for 3 months the job was promised to be done in 30 days family member checked with suppliers and verified all materials for completion were on hand. Repeated attempts to get contractor to show up have failed. My family member has been living with subflooring, throughout the whole house since all flooring had mold and had to be removed the first part of Oct 2021 it has been 3 months. My family member spoke to the manager Jason at secondary office location in Loon Lake for over an hour on 01/04/2022 and was promised by the manager Jason who said they would have someone arrive the next day to fix the glue that was on the sub floor in the kitchen. Individual showed up at the house and stated we would lose access to the kitchen for 24 hours, the main entrance is in the kitchen. The individual left and then never showed up to do the work and repeated calls to Jason have gone unanswered since. Spoke with new job manager on Monday 01/10/2022 who stated would return call before noon on 01/11/2022 no call was received. Avoid this business like the plague. Based on my family members experience I would say this business is a fraud.

Very exceptional work and paying attention to details

TSW Construction remodeled our house-living room, kitchen, deck and hallways. They did a beautiful job. They listened to our every wish. When I mentioned to my husband that I'd always wanted a red door, they found a way to give me one. I like to put plants in my kitchen window, so they found a way to add the quartz countertop onto the window ledge. The deck was finished with special touches that makes the deck look, not like an add on, but as a special part of the house. Their attention to detail is exceptional. Any remodel can be challenging. The personalities of the contractors made the job easier. They were always willing to answer questions, and they always came to the house with smiles and a great attitude. My husband and I are extremely happy with the entire remodel. Take a look at the pictures, and I'm sure you'll agree, TSW Construction did a great job!

We had to have new carpet installed within the week to get our home on the market. Jason was very knowledgeable and willing to work on a tight schedule.

We love our new bathroom. My girls who have been able to come over weâ re overwhelmed. The workers were really nice and their work great.

Finished ahead of schedule. Easy to work with. Great finished product.
