He did not do the job, he wanted to take the payment without doing the work and he was not leaving the premises.

Xavier and his team were outstanding to work with from bidding the job, which was very fairly priced, to the completion of the job. We had them build a retaining wall, a stone path to the top of our hill, landscape the entire hill and sides of our house, and install a drainage ditch. They worked 14 hrs the first day and 12 the next, which happened to be on Fathers day weekend. We are very grateful to have had the pleasure to deal with Xavier and his team. The project exceeded our expectations! We will definitely use them again on future projects.

Extremely unprofessional, refused to give receipt for the work done. had to stop check payment to get the receipt and that cost me. Even though he came back and gave me the receipt, but not before threatening to sue me for non-payment I will never hire him again.

Javier did a fantastic job. I needed leaves and debris removed, ornamental trees cleaned up and re-shaped, lawn mowed and aerated and weeds removed without poisons for the safety of our pets. Our property has many obstacles that I know made his job harder than it should have been (very steep driveway, very steep backyard and an inability to get his riding mower in my yard do to the small openings.). He worked very hard and despite the obstacles, Javier made sure to complete every request I had, beautifully. I m very happy I found this company on home finder. I would definitely use them again.
