The scheduling was prompt & convenient, the repairman courteous & knowledgeable. Assessed promptly that my washer was beyond repair, informed me of suggestions for assessing future purchase options. Cost was less than initial estimate since no repairs were a reasonable option.

Although he was not able to fix my oven (it s just too old) the repairman was very thorough in his diagnostics. He also gave me some valuable tips both on operating the range and oven but on how to be looking for a new one. Customer Service even called me back after setting an appointment to let me know that they could make it the same day I called if that was convenient.
