It took 3 trips, 2 reworks to get a marginal project. 2nd crew was re using shingles with holes in them, also installed ridge caps nailed in direct conflict with manufacturers instruction. Recommend contractor invests in chalk lines

Jeremy and Jamie were professional and provided excellent service from beginning to end. We have not had any leaks despite several heavy storms since the roof was installed. We are extremely satisfied.

Communication with the rep could have been better. Did not give enough details for cold weather installation and bonding. Indicated 6-7 men would show up but only 3. The three were good and finished in 2 days. Indicated a ridge vent would be installed but was not. The items were not a big issue but the expectations on scope of work were not met. Quality of product and workmanship were very good.

the work crew boss explained everything they were going to do and when done rechecked with me to make sure everything was the way it was suppose to be .You could not tell that they were there roof looks great and enjoying the two new sky lights that were put in excellent work all around
