My husband and I had some water damage in our house which resulted in the removal of our kitchen floor tiles and a portion of our finished basementâ s ceiling and walls. We had a few contractors come out to give us quotes, but we ended up picking Jason because he was the only one who really took the time to listen to us, inform us of our options, and provide us with honest feedback. We also really liked his humbleness whereas the other contractors came in with a cocky attitude and acted as if they already had the job. Jason was mindful of the fact that we were still unsure of which company we were going to go with for our projects and he was respectful of that, but was still very helpful in answering any questions we had. We ended up picking X.O. Marble & Tile for both projects (the kitchen floor tiles and the basement rebuild). Jason maintained his professionalism throughout the entirety of the project. He was always very respectful and did an amazing job communicating with us during the duration of the project. He was also always quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Additionally, he was very accommodating to us and our schedules which we appreciated very much. Jason and his team are very hardworking. They are efficient at what they do and completed the jobs in a timely manner without the quality ever suffering. We are very happy with the end result for both projects. Jasonâ s attention to detail is superb. He is an expert in the field and someone who has years of experience working in it. You cannot go wrong with his knowledge, great customer service, affordable prices, and hard work. A true professional. We would 100% recommend him !

Super professional and very knowledgeable

Jay and co. were very efficient with the work I had them perform. For a second I thought it was Jimmy Johns with their freak fast delivery of the work performed, but realized this was for tile and not a sub. The pricing was very reasonable. The work was astonishingly good. Pair that with being time efficient and I have no other words, outside of amazed. If I need future work done in this department, I will for certain be using their services again: thank you so much!

Very professional, detailed on job perform and cleanliness

Jay is very responsible for the work that he is providing. I worked in the past with few others great contractors but how he do his job is phenomenal! He is just best in what he is doing. He worked in our 4 bathroom , kitchen and 2 breeze ways and I will keep work with him when I have more projects, because he makes process easier and at the end is coming out just amazing! All my friends and guests are amazed at the tile work he did at my house . Highly recommend his company!

Jason was detail oriented. He did a fabulous job in setting the tile in a continuous pattern and all lines matched up perfectly. Very dependable and worked extremely hard. He took the time to explain the pluses and minuses of tile layout. Additionally was very neat and cleaned up every day. From a cost perspective, I donâ t think thereâ s a anyone else who does a quality job at his prices. Highly, highly recommend his work.
