"Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully dispute several statements in this review. A walkthrough was completed before payment was made, and the scope of work was reviewed and accepted onsite. This was a heavy contamination/rodent-related cleaning, not a standard housekeeping service, and included emptying affected drawers and cabinets, handling keep/discard instructions with the client, cleaning and sanitizing impacted surfaces, and a final walkthrough. The refrigerator was not included in the agreed pricing. There was no standing water left on the kitchen floor at completion. The client expressed satisfaction at the time of service, and the photos posted show only limited baseboard areas rather than the full scope of work completed. We stand by the work performed and remain committed to professional service."
