No fault of the company, but due to a traffic accident en route to our home, the repair man was 2 hours later than agreed upon. That is the only reason for 4.5 out of 5. The work and service was outstanding and the price was reasonable.

Mr. Johnson was very friendly and willing to answer questions and work with the needed repair and in the short time that I needed it completed. Money is tight and the time frame was quick, so that's why the lower rating on money/value...my "tight" thinking is the issue more than anything ð No regrets regardless!
