Daughter called a local locksmith after getting locked out of the house. Asked for a price and they said "it depends". The gentleman showed up quickly, didn't ask any specific questions and proceeded to gain access to the home. After the job he asked for 350 but then added a 150 service call. With tax said it would be 550 but my 15 year old daughter's card was charged 596. 5 minutes to drill out a door knob lock and 600 dollars later, my daughter learned a valuable lesson.

I was quoted $200 for a replacement key fob. I was charged $388. I was very clear about what I needed when I set-up the appointment, including the car model, make and year. I was quoted for a Mazda part and I was quoted for a generic part. I was told the only difference would be the logo. I chose the generic. i was left with a key fob that does not have a button for the tail gate, does not lock and unlock doors and stopped working after 1 day. The technician also kept pressuring me to purchase an additional key fob. I told him I do not have money, and he suggested I have someone transfer me the money. I called XPRO over 3 hours ago and have heard nothing about a technician coming to fix the problem. Thanks for the recommendation, Angi.

Beware! They quoted me $270 for the job. They ended up charging $950. After numerous phone calls I gave up trying to recoup my money.

Everything was satisfactory, came very quickly.

Locked out of my house. Called a dispatch service who put me through to them, told them I was locked out and they would be here in 30 minutes. Asked for a price (There website says upfront with no hidden fees) and they did not give me one and just said it would depend on the lock. Arrived and looked at my locks saying my front door was cheaper to open, again no price given, and when he was done in less than 5 minutes he says my bill is 308$. Normal expected amounts range from 50$ to 250$, they claimed they charged that much cause it was on a weekend (It was a friday evening) and they would not refund my money and would "Give a discount next time".

they promptly arrived, rekeyed my lock, showed me on his credit card machine that my entire charge was $85.00 and told me the entire charge was $85.00. . . and ten minutes after he left, a charge for $230 appeared. I called three times, and each time was told that upper management; would return my call. This company is a scam. Do NOT hire them.

Rekey of lock was the solution, so cost was less than originally thought.

The initial contact was very prompt. He arrived as scheduled. I requested a quote first but never received one. The installation was completed and done well. My only concern is that it was doors that we needed to replace the dead bolts and the handles. I was charged for 4 locks at $85.00 each. That seemed a high to me. But since the work was done already I had no recourse than to pay the bill. If you decide to use this pro please be sure and get an estimate FIRST.
