Poured Concrete Wall Service
I hired X&R Concrete for several projects (retaining walls, patio, sidewalk, shed foundation). The work itself was solid and pricing competitive. They were flexible with city requirements, and the first project went well. Unfortunately, the second was a disaster. Xavier repeatedly delayed the project, often ignoring texts/calls for weeks. He caused over $2,000 in property damage: scratched/stained stucco and foundation, chipped concrete, damaged public sidewalk, and left grading incomplete. He refused to fix some issues and poured a 55ft wall out of plumb. Despite promises, he never returned to finish parts of the job. He also took a deposit from a family member and ghosted them until I threatened legal action. I truly wanted this to work, but X&R took advantage of my patience and trust. I cannot recommend them and caution anyone considering their services. Photos of the damage are available publicly on their Company Facebook page.
