We had a leak on our roof and woke up to water in the house. Scott came right away (in the rain), was willing to work (in the rain), and came back the next day to make sure everything was fixed. He is observant, johnny-on-the-spot, doesn't beat around the bush, dependable, trustworthy, very nice, and will serve you the way you need to be served.
