Robert Roman and his wife Robyn are very punctual and professional contractors, and I recommend their company highly. There crew is very fast and efficient and do an excellent clean up when they finish.

This was such a seamless and stress-free project! Robert Roman and Robyn Roman were wonderful to work with, and they put any anxiety we had to rest. The supplies and work was done on time and in a timely manner. The ground cover was thorough and the cleanup was also done same day as the install. We also got seamless gutters and they look incredible! The roof was done one day, and the gutters were done the day after, all work and clean up was completed within 72 of starting. Robert was easy to reach, and researched any questions we wasn't sure about regarding building code, and called us back right away. The value for the install was fantastic, and Robert even capitalized on a discount for a better grade shingle to get us the best discount possible with our insurance company. I will recommend Xact Roofing and Exteriors to EVERYONE that asks!

Rick Carlson is the president of Xact Roofing and Exteriors. He is a personable guy and attentive to your project needs, without trying to persuade you to do add-ons. Rick has his own crew and a foreman (who is been with him for many years). His directives are well communicated to the foreman so there is no misunderstanding. On our asphalt shingle project, Ricks crew also replaced a skylight and installed a solar fan. Rick is also thorough about explaining costs when you are going through an insurance company. Friendly, responsive, and with integrity, you would do well to put Rick on a short list of contractors to talk about your roofing needs.

Rick was great at working with insurance adjustor and helping us get coverage for damage that was not picked up by the insurance adjustor. His roofing and painting subcontractors were great! Excellent quality of Sherwin Williams paint used by painting subcontractor. Window subcontractor was a bit less than satisfying and still has work outstanding to switch out a picture window with a sliding bedroom window and complete trim repair and painting. I recommended Rick to my father and they did a great job with his paint and roof.

Truly amazing company. Very reliable and prompt! We had to get our roof replaced quickly due to a sale of the house. Rick and Robin went above and beyond to make sure we made that happen! Highly recommended.

I would recommend this company for roofing. They did a good job. While I can't be sure, I wonder if the exterior work was sub contracted as it was there I ran into issues. I would recommend having all items that are agreed upon put in writing, we did not do this, memory can be faulty and can lead to difficulty.

Never had to deal with any contractors before. Always heard horror stories about this stuff. However after dealing with Rick and the staff at Xact Roofing we could not have been happier. They were prompt,courteous,professional,and extremely competent. No pressure just results. Fair price and very thorough. We would use and highly recommend this company and staff for home improvements again.

I selected Xact to do a bathroom remodel and ceiling repair after a toilet overflowed and flooded, damaging the floor and vanity on the second level, and the ceiling on the main level. It took a while and some tweaking but the final product is excellent; the ceiling looks like it has never been patched and the bath is beautiful and brand-new. Rick showed great customer service by acknowledging the construction and aesthetic issues that I had, and addressing and fixing them immediately.

Richard came out and was able to work with the insurance company to do the work. He was the only roofer that came out and found additional things that were damaged during the hail storm.
