We obtained 3 bids for a concrete project involving removing old concrete, fixing walkways and pouring 2 new patio slab areas in our backyard. XCELENT Concrete was competitively priced and Varun was both friendly and professional with the bidding process. We were scheduled for the project and all went as planned. We can't even believe how much they got done in a short amount of time. ALL the guys were incredibly hard workers, skillful in their craft and in the end, project clean up was fantastic. We were VERY happy with their overall work and Varun was especially good at keeping the communication going throughout the project. I would hire them again for future needs and will recommend to others. The attached photos include only 1 of the 2 areas we had done. It's the one with the most dramatic transformation.

Varun, Spencer and their team were awesome. Fair quote and communicative throughout the whole process. I am very familiar with contractors and know how inconsistent and unreliable they can be. Varun and Spencer were the opposite and went out of their way to finish our [large] driveway within a week, and even moved their schedule around in order to get me in sooner since we are expecting. It was a pleasure working with them and the driveway came out better than expected.

We're very pleased with our new driveway. Xcelent Concrete took care of permitting to enlarge our approach, as well as removed the old cracked driveway and installed a new one. We expected the project to take a week but was complete in two days.

It went very well. Work was done in one day, including demolition and removal of old concrete and creation of new, rebar reinforced new concrete. The crew was very professional, diligent and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with the job.

I highly recommend you consider Excelent concrete for these reasons: 1. Varun, the owner, gave the best quote for the job. He laid out in detail all the components of the project and how much they cost. We were given different options for different concepts, and that really helped us decide. This might be a small thing , but when you call him, he answers or calls you back. Communication could not have been better. 2. Spencer and his crew were exceptional in the layout and craftsmanship of our driveway. They, too, were very focused on detail and checked with me when something was an issue or options need to be considered. 5. Varun, Spencer, and the whole crew were just friendly and I really appreciated that. 6. Finally, the cost was very reasonable and gave me more bang for the buck version other quotes.

Xcelent Concrete did great work on our retaining wall. This is second time we hired them. They replaced our old brick wall with concrete wall. They kept us updated on the work progress. Because of smoke, project got delayed but they kept us informed. We highly recommend Xcelent and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Love this group of guys! So friendly, professional, responsive, worked so hard and did such and amazing job! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They demolished and cleaned up a couple of old concrete pads and replaced them with a beautiful back deck leading into a sidewalk along the side of my house and extending to my driveway. Thank you!
