Had resurface/remodel in ground pool. PROS: Very nice office person. Estimator / foreman nice, (Roy) knowledgeable, Crew... many subcontracted but nice and hardworking, Anthony very knowledgeable. WATER DELIVERY VERY GOOD and Ron, the person delivering the water from DAVIS WATER , was fabulous. Owner/manager Jeremy, very nice for the most part, very knowledgeable. CONS: subcontracted workers ( 2 out of the group) smoked while working in the pool and around dropping ashes along the way. The response by one of them to my concern was..." We will clean it all up". Foreman communication lacks prior to construction. Provides info quickly and only verbally but does not provide any written instructions for pool owner to follow ...instead only verbal. Both owner and foreman do not return calls in timely manner with all due respect the foreman was extremely ill during the week of the job and the owner was the only "go to " person during this time...the owner cites being " so busy" etc. as reason for not returning calls within a reasonable amount of time....however after the pool was finished he did accommodate my calls and texts on Easter Sunday......Yes I ask a lot of questions but it is my pool and my money and my lack of understanding and MANY calls was directly related to no written guidelines and expectations thus accountability was concerning. Retrofitted returns not in good position for water movement and I can't adjust due to extreme difficulty. I will be texting owner and foreman regarding this END RESULT: Pool turned out nice. Very poor cleanup of plaster on waterline tile. Very messy and I have been working long and hard to clean it. The banding on steps nice with a couple areas that were not great but which unfortunately was not noticed until after the fact and water was going in. Bruno (tile guy) was very professional and kind. The start date was put off by one day and ended up (in my opinion) causing a rush the last day...not comfortable for me at all ADVICE: schedule your pool remodel for a solid week if it is a moderate size job. Mine was a 13 - 14 thousand gallon pool 35 x 14 avg. Get WRITTEN Post Remodel Pool care instructions. Watch EVERYTHING. Read up on what is being done and ask questions. PRICING: can't give a good review due to issues as mentioned and my cleaning of waterline tile that should have been done by the workers and at this writing, I am still working on this. PLAN: I will post a followup review as needed but for sure after a 6 month period to provide a status report

We used Xecutive pools to remodel our pool pavers and add a spa. The process was very professional all the way through, from dealing with Chad in sales, Moise Ponce as project manager and Pat Borelli the owner. As soon as the agreement was made a detailed schedule was issued. Moise and Chad were very helpful and transparent throughout the process. All the crews worked extremely hard. Thank you Xecutive pools.

Lanai screen had a rust stain from an old planter they swapped the panel and suggested I move the planter. Good call no more stains.

Thank you, Executive Pools, this company is so professional and attentive. Right from the beginning, Rob assisted my wife and son in picking out the tile and the pebble tech to resurface our pool . Once the work started Moe the foreman ensured we were informed at every step from the teardown of the old pool surface to the prep work for the pebble tech to final completion. The professionals that worked on our pool were very polite, kind and worked extremely hard. This company’s crew cleans up after each day. They were exceptional. Once the pebble tech was completed, and the pool was filled Moe and Rob, the Executive Pools team, returned for the pool startup, including chemicals, instructions that were given to us about how to care for the Pool. They were clear and concise and the instructions are also listed on their customer portal. Rob and Moe have since returned to check on the pool to ensure the curing was following their protocols. I really can’t say enough about executive Pools. You can trust the job will be done right.

We just had our pool and pool deck done and what an amazing experience. This was the first company that had an 'online' project management tool that we could see EVERY stage of the project. The team was amazing to work with and from start to finish - a true pleasure to work with!!! Quality of work and attention to detail was even more than expected. One could not ask for more!

I was wanting an entire new look for my pool area. From the very first phone call to Xecutive pools through questions and answers to decision making and the job being done even quicker than what I was told, the entire process was made so easy for me. They kept me aware of what was going to happen each day and followed through. Everyone was a joy to meet and to work with. They were always pleasant, informative and respectful. The work that was done, from pavers to electric and the pebble tech finish on my pool is incredible. I could not be more happy or proud to show off my new pool area. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Xecutive Pools has treated me like gold. All of the company people were courteous and kind. The pool looks fantastic, and they work quickly. They went above and beyond to help answer my questions as well. I will use them again and again when I have projects I want to do.

At the start things went well with Xecutive Pools. The estimators showed up on time, spent a great deal of time on site and provided an on the spot estimate of the work. After multiple estimates, we were happy with the amount of time and detail these guys put into their estimate. We accepted their estimate, stating to them that they were not the cheapest bid, but I hope their customer service and quality reflect that. Upon acceptance of the estimate, we were given a start date and told they would not begin until ALL materials were on site, to prevent delays waiting for materials, and that the deposit would be due at that time. The project start date ended up being delayed a week due to weather. That was okay with us. It is an understandable delay given the type of work. The project started out as planned and proceeded ahead of schedule. Even though some of the materials weren't on site yet. Deposit payment was made regardless of the fact that all materials were not onsite as promised. I did mention to the job supervisor day one not to bring deliveries over my septic field, and that I am big on communication and want to be kept informed. He never asked for my number, and he never updated me on the project. Thankfully I was at the house for the duration of the project. Because my brand new septic field was almost driven over 3 times with large vehicles. So that message never got relayed from the supervisor either. The first 2 weeks went well. Demolition of existing tile, some concrete, draining of the pool, cleanup, installation of new tiles, installation of pavers, etc. At the start of week three, Monday came and went without a call or any contractors on site. When I questioned them why they arenâ t starting plaster work, surprise, there is a delay in materials. It was a full week of missed work because materials were not on site as promised. Plastering was done in one day. But cleanup from plaster was an absolute joke. Plaster slurry was recovered from my main drain by a diver I had to pay because It wasnâ t pulling much water due to the slurry, and there was a crack in the housing. (The crack may or may not have been there prior to the work done. The pool did have a leak in the main drain line somewhere, which I mentioned to Xecutive Pools at the start of the project. But that was ignored, instead of looked into before starting the project.) But, the amount of slurry that was sucked into my pump basket was unacceptable. They didnâ t clean any of the lines of slurry before filling the pool. Plaster guys dug a hole in my yard to pump slurry water into. They never filled the hole back in. A bag of mortar was left on my concrete porch. The bag was ripped, spilling onto the concrete. Left there through the rain, it hardened to my concrete. This was left for me to chip up and clean off. Along with a good amount of gravel and sand. Instead of cleaning it all up, it was just raked into my yard for the mower to pick up and throw rocks. Enough left to fill a wheelbarrow. In summary, the quality of the installation is acceptable. But the cleanup, and communication is terrible. I did submit these concerns to the company. I waited to review the job until they had an opportunity to comment on these problems. There has been no response. There wasnâ t even any followup by anyone at Xecutive Pools after the completion of the job to address concerns or check on the final product. If you hire this company, be aware of communication concerns during and after the job, as well as cleanup processes. I suggest holding 5% of the job costs until job is completed correctly. They asked me for full payment the day of plaster. I should have waited until things have been cleaned up properly first. Owner was asked by his own team to contact me regarding these issues. He never bothered to reach out.

Responsive, and did everything they promised for the quoted price. Very happy with the result (resurface 16,000 gal pool and new tile). Took a week longer than original estimate, but from what I read, that is great and you should pretty much assume there will be delays on a big job like this.

Good experience overall

Very poor communication and poor workmanship. Had my pool remodeled by them. Was supposed to be a 3 week job, due to no shows it turned into a 9 week job. Corner Tile broke off and now wants to charge me $150 to fix even though it?s been less then a year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!!

Have you ever thought, that a pool company would say they cannot install the tile, that you picked out of their showroom? This is a typical bait and switch contractor. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

We were very pleased from the beginning process until the end. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly! I will definitely recommend Xecutive Pools to anyone who is in need of their services. Thank you again and awesome job!

From Kayla to Rob to Pat, everyone including all the workers were very professional and courteous. The workmanship was excellent. This may be unusual but they had our pool and patio completely remodeled in one week. That was pavers covering the llanai and front porch and sidwalk, new pool coping, new pool tile, complete replaster of pool and installation of a pool heater. Pool was refilled and startup was completed on the Monday after filling. Everything looks great. Not sure if the cost was in line with others but everyone else wanted me to hire sub contractors for each job I didn't have the time or desire to go through that hassle! Thanks to all at Xecutive Pools.

On a 1-10 rating with 10 best I would rate Xecutive Pools a 15. From the first contact with Patrick Borrelli to the final inspection all processes were professionally done in a timely manner. All phases of the project were completed as planned and on time. At the end of each day a through cleanup was completed at the end of the day. Our expectations were exceeded and the pool now looks brand new. We without reservation recommend anyone needing any pool work to contact Patrick Borrelli, President of Xecutive Pools because of his integrity and outstanding work.

5 stars for the prompt offer, honesty, office staff and execution. 3.5 stars for not showing up when promised without notification. Bumpy from the start, the supplier did not deliver the material as promised. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate all the time and it took three weeks instead one to finish the work. Overall I would recommend this company and would hire them again.

Im a first time pool owner, so I had a lot of questions, they were always there to answer them. I made many calls and always got an immediate response. Kayla was always very nice and informative. They explained everything as we went through the process. When the pool was finished Justin came out and walked me through everything I needed to know...I would definitely recommend this company..

Xecutive Pools remodeled my 20 year old pool in March of this year, and installed pavers on the pool deck. This project took two weeks from start to finish and the result is just great! We are looking forward to spending more time around our pool now that it has received a major facelift. Employees of Xecutive Pools showed up when expected and were polite and respectful, as were those subcontracted by Xecutive to install the pavers. There were one or two tiny things that needed to be addressed once the work was completed, but these were taken care of in timely fashion by Carlos, the site supervisor, to our satisfaction. I have read with surprise the many negative reviews for this company, but our experience was quite the opposite. If I had to make one tiny criticism, it would be that I would have expected Patrick, the owner, to come out and view the completed project. A small thing, but it would have been appreciated :) I am going to trust that if we have any issues down the road, these will also be addressed in timely fashion. I would recommend Xecutive Pools if you are considering renovating your pool. They get an A from me! Thanks Xecutive Pools.

The start date for the refinishing got pushed back a few times. There had been a delay in the materials to resurface our pool but it would have been nice if The company called me to explain. When I called the office after no one showed on the day expected, the office staff did not know the reason for the delay. She had to call me back after checking into it. The work itself was well done and I was satisfied with the finished project.

Patrick and his team were amazing. We added a sunshelf to our existing pool, widened the spa spillover into the pool, and added pavers to our deck. The remodel is absolutely gorgeous and was done in a timely manner. If you are looking for a conscientious and professional team, look no further than Xecutive Pools!
