Overall very good. Some things have been broken by the assistant, but overall pretty consistenly on time and cleans the house well.

Xochil General Cleaning is just perfect. I had a deep cleaning done this week and my condominium looks fantastic. Maids are very professional, courteous, efficient, respectful, and will to go the extra mile to make sure the place is spotless. I particularly liked it when they asked me to inspect the place before they left saying that "we leave when the place is done to your satisfaction and not when the time is up". When it was all done, I paid the price we agreed on earlier via e-mail for a deep cleaning. I really like the fact that price is based on results and not on the time spent to achieve them. We have had a great experience with Xochil Cleaning (Ivet). We recently hired her on a bi-monthly basis and so far, we are very happy. She is very considerate and does a great job. We definitely look forward to the days that she comes to clean. We have a dog that sheds a fair amount and she has been able to do a very good job in removing pretty much all the hair in our house. As I am an out of town client with you cleaning my parents house I can't personally check after each service date. However when any of us visit we check out the status and we are all very happy with the work and all the extras you have done. Thank you from the three of us.

2 ladies, in and out in about 3 hours. baseboards, windowsills, 2 full bathrooms, 1/2 bathroom, 3 bedrooms, stairs, walls, mirrors, windows, kitchen, appliances, and a whole lot more!
