Three windows replaced in my basement and carpet dried in my flooded basement. Excellent job and yes, I would definitely hire them again. I will most likely hire Alex to replace and repair my deck. Honest and sticks to his estimate.

Alex and his crew did a great job repairing my deck and stairs. They were also able to repair some damaged fence posts and a gate on my property. They worked efficiently and always left the sight clean after each days works. The quoted price of the job was more than fair. The deck looks better than new. They were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to get the job done right.

The kindness of the owner, Alex, was extraordinary as he understood the problem, was clear about its resolution and was able to deliver repairs in a timely and efficient way for a reasonable price. No job seemed too small and I felt at ease and reassured with each task performed: deck repairs and restorations, garage floor painting, indoor ceiling repairs, siding replacements and plugging up of holes. Great. Loved the experience. Alex did a great job in installing new light fixtures for outside the house. Very dependable. I will ask for him next time. If you want a friendly handyman ask for Alex.

In my opinion Xperthome Remodeling left the old bathtub faucet unchanged during entire bathroom remodeling. We bought a new faucet for this remodel but it was sealed up with no access when finish, which caused us to call-in another plumber and handyman to do the work. Additional expensive charges come out to items such as baseboard which he said were not in the quote. Since the contract only lists a few big items for the entire bathroom remodeling, literally anything else can be claimed as additional. We also hired them to do power washing the entire siding and deck, repairing rotten wood, painting interior and exterior walls and trims. In the end, they collected all the payments but left behind several rotten woods unrepaired and 2 rooms' ceiling with water leakage marks and nonuniform paintings. We have to hire someone else to redo the job they were paid for.

I really appreciate their flexibility, responsiveness, friendliness, and willingness to work within our budget.

Alexander did a fine job replacing the cold water feed to the refrigerator.. We did have other jobs for him but due to some reason or another he failed to follow-up on these tasks and we went elsewhere.
