The team at Xpres was great from the beginning. They helped us really visualize what we could do with the space and helped us through all the major decisions with guidance on what would look good based on my own interests and style.
The crew that worked on the house was great too! They kept to the general timeline and communicated well. (My friends all said to expect a lot of delays when it comes to any remodel project, but it was completed in just about 7 weeks from demo to finish!)

We love the look and functionality of our new kid bathroom, and the price felt fair - more than planned, but worth it. Our salesperson was new and very pleasant, doing his best throughout. The crew was fantastic: clean, kind, and respectful in our home. The design process was a bit challenging, and we had to advocate for what we wanted, but the end result reflects our vision. A few communication hiccups caused delays, and some finishing touches needed rework, but everything was resolved. Overall, we’re happy with the outcome and would consider using them again, while also exploring options for smoother service.

I contacted Xpres and received a quick response by Roxy, one of its designers. We scheduled a visit to inspect the kitchen, take measurements, photos. She also requested a list of the new appliances we had already ordered to ensure correct measurements for the countertops and to get a good countertop match. In addition to visiting the Plymouth showroom, we also toured other facilities as recommened to see a larger selection of modern counter replacement products and kitchen sinks and faucets. The proposals were sent ahead of time and reviewed 1:1. Working within our budget was respected and the payment process was fair. Dave, the manager, was on site during installations, communicated easily with the workers, and he was onsite to check the work on completion. In tandem, Dani, the project manager coordinated the schedules for plumbing, electrical, and kitchen counter backsplash measuring, ordering product and installations. Great team work. My husband and I highly recommend Xpres!

Steven was great to work with. He communicated well and even made some suggestions to save us a bit of money on the project. The team helped me get a backsplash installed in our kitchen in a single day. It was a surprise for my wife, and they did a great job meeting the deadline for my project.

I am more than thrilled with the kitchen update which Roxy designed for me. I was hesitant to invest the money in my home since we've been here for 38 years and wondered if it made sense to update it. Needless to say, I only wish we would have done it years ago. It's beautiful and much more efficient. The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend Roxy and her team. You won't be sorry.
Response from Xpres Bath & Shower
"Your idea to add a wall of built-ins was just the thing to give you the added storage you desired. Your eye for style in modern light fixtures, elegant cabinet and countertop finishes really elevated the whole space. Thank you for your kind words, we're so glad you are pleased with the finished space."

From design to complete kitchen remodel
it was a great experience.
They are excellent communicators and kept us informed every step of the way , which we very much appreciated.
Professional and highly skilled staff brought our kitchen out of the 70’s and into today’s finishes and functions.
The owner checked personally on site ; on the progress, taking complete ownership of our project. That was Impressive to say the least.
We have decided to remodel our bathroom this spring, with the Xpress team. Just began the design phase and are genuinely pleased
with the drawings and materials selection .
