I worked with Ron. He was very nice and easy to talk to. They were available and reasonably priced. The door works great, and has all of the technical stuff I wanted. The garage connects to the internet and has an app as well.

Prompt and lays out all options. Was not pushy and gave me timeto decide which route i should do. Work was great. Ron is very educated and knows his business. Very satisfied with the experience and work.

This was the fastest 'service' experience I have ever had. Damage happened around 5pm and we had the repair work lined up and completed before noon the next day. Jordan was friendly, courteous and very knowledgable. He encouraged questions and invited me to see how he was fixing things. He even went out of his way to answer questions and offer suggestions about the 3rd car garage door opener I have. This experience has secured me as an Express Door customer. I will call them whenever I have a need in this area.

The installer was very thorough in explaining how the opener worked and he programmed the remote to my car system with extreme care and patience. He explained the options for the electric eye installation and did everything to my satisfaction. I would endorse his work 100%.

Had a great experience. Not only did the guy fix our problem (garage door only opened about 6 inches and would then stop), but he also fixed the light (we had a corroded wire), and showed me how to reprogram the code. They went above and beyond!
