When the sells rep,Matt Sparks came to my house he was friendly and he gave me a quote. So I gave him my ensurence rep information so that they can agree with the price that he game me. A day later he showed up at my house and said that my ensurence rep agreed to the price so I then gave my deductible which was 2 grand so that he can get started. Once the job was done, my ensurence sent the remaining balance which I gave to Matt, then I get a call from Matt saying that I owed 400 more and at first I listen and then I thought, this man stood in my house and said that my ensurence company agreed to his price! So he lied to me and when I called the office I was met with a very rude office manager who didnt care about nothing I said. And that's when I knew this company was some shit! Now my roof is leaking and this company is no longer in business here in Maryland!

*DO NOT USE XPRESS* I was hired by express and worked for them for two weeks. After the few meetings I was in, it took no time for me to find out how shady this company truly is. ALL reviews are bought and paid for. ALL reviews are fake for this company. they HATE their customers. Actually, it seemed the way of creating camaraderie was literally talking about how ugly their customers daughters are and how shitty the customers car was. On top of being pretty much savages, their businesses practices are shady and need to be reported. They always talked about certain lines and words they put into the contract (and update weekly) so they can screw over the customer and make it sound like they have your back at every turn. This company needs to stay in Florida and get out of our state. WE DO NOT NEED THIS TYPE OF CORRUPTION IN THE ROOFING INDUSTRY IN MARYLAND!!!!!

Everyone at the company has been very professional and helpful. They stay with you and are right there to answer any questions you may have. Yes would use them again.

I went on home advisor and got a list of roofers. They called me within 5 minutes to schedule estimate. From the first phone call to finished job was 12 days. The price was a lot less than I expected.
