Gerald and his crew did a wonderful paint job. The job was completed in a very timely manner and cleaned up when they were finished with nothing left behind. Crazy but that’s something I really appreciate. I am hiring them for another project.

Gerald is very quick to respond to calls and is concerned that the client is satisfied with his work. I was!

I would give Gerald and his co-worker 10 stars if I could. Expert work at popcorn ceiling removal, drywall repair, and painting. They made our worn out, dated condo look like an entirely new home. Thank you!

Our home like so many was hit by Hurricane Florence but was fortunate that damage was relegated to one bedroom and water stains to the Livingroom. We called many companies but few called back and fewer were able to give estimates. I called Handyman Xpress and left a message and Gerald called right back and came over that same night and gave a very reasonable estimate. Gerald and his crew showed up on time right after our new roof was installed and went right to work. They were very courteous and accommodating and did great work. They also took many precautions to limit the dust that comes with drywall installation.

Went well. I am going to have Mr Gallagher do some additional projects for me.

I was able to get all of my repairs done in a timely manner. Gerald very helpful, friendly and courteous. I was happy with his repairs.

Gerald, Victoria, and their crew were fantastic to work with from start to finish! Their price was more than fair The quality of their work was fantastic! We really appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to do extras as needed. They completed all of the work on time as promised. Each day, they started on time and left our home clean and useable at the end of each day. We will use them again and would highly recommend them! They installed crown molding throughout our entire home, painted all of the walls, ceilings, and trim. Also installed new recessed lighting, surround sound wiring, and speakers.

Gerald installed a dryer vent and an attic door. He was very professional and did everything he said he would do. He cleaned up very well upon completion of the job. We are definitely going to hire him again!

Gerald did a list of small repairs for us as well as hanging a picture, and cleaning g our gutters. Price was fair, work was done properly and efficiently, very easy to work with. I will hire this group again.

They did an outstanding job. A huge renovation project of our family home which is over 60 years old. Gerald is extremely knowledgeable and they (his wife) were able to guide me through the projects and make decisions in regards to material choices and décor items. I would say his pricing is by far more than good. Especially considering the quality of the materials used. The quality of work is also outstanding - my kitchen especially is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend and definitely will use again.

I was in a time crunch, and Gerald could come the next day with his construction business slow this time of year. I paid $100 for less than an hour of work, but it was two men working. Two able, polite men.

We have used them 3 different times- they are always dependable, and do good work. We would recommend them to anyone, everyone we have recommended them to has been pleased with the work.

Gerald Chavez, owner, and his team are outstanding. Gerald is a great Manager. Elliot is a "Master craftsman" and his assistant, Luis, is a very hard worker. I highly recommend them. They are very pleasant and personable. Prices are fair. They are hard working, knowledgeable, have outstanding team work, are well-organized, and very professional. Their work is of the highest quality. They repaired and/or replaced rotten trim on my house.

good follow up and response time

Gerald and his men were awesome. We hired them to replace our chain link fence gates. When the hardware store was out of our size, they made the gates. They also made a handsome replacement door for our shed, and replaced our front storm door. They also installed new hardware in our wooden front door. When the new lock did not fit the hole, they worked to enlarge the hole to make it fit. I could not have been happier with their work!

Gerald and Victoria came to my home and we had an immediate connection. From the estimate process, to the help they provided selecting the product and vendors was easy. Victoria took me to places I never would have known about to find quality products (cabinets and countertops) and better prices. She really helped me put my vision together. Gerald had great ideas of how to reconfigure some of the cabinets to make best use of the small place. The work was done really efficiently and Gerald and his team are meticulous in their work and cleaning up at the end of each day. The budget he estimated was really close to reality - Gerald KNOWS his business well. Gerald and his team were polite and efficient and I am thrilled with the way my kitchen remodel turned out. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

We hired Gerald to refinish some kitchen cabinets, replace an exterior door and replace the caulk in our shower. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Handyman Xpress and will definitely hire them for any future handyman projects.
