i called many different moving companies, and xpress kept their word. they quoted me and that is what i paid. fair and reasonable. two very nice young men, did a fantastic job!

They really worked hard to get us an appointment fast. The movers were polite and great. My elderly mother was so appreciative. We will keep their number and recommend them to everyone needing moves within the house or otherwise.

I called them to verify the arrival because I didn't get a call the night before, they were late due to traffic but it was ok because I was not quite ready. overall the guys were very hard workers and verified with me during the loading and unloading.

Jose and the team did a great job and was very polite, professional and did an overall great job handling my moving needs. Thanks so much and will for sure use you on our next moving experience.

The movers were efficient and professional. Everything was handled with the utmost of care. There was not a scratch or dent on anything. Cannot say enough good things about my experience with the wonderful team who did the move and Xpress Moving.

They did a great job wrapping my televisions to make sure they were not broken during the move. Marco and Marco worked quickly and efficiently.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! It was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. It is run by a husband and wife and appears to be a small inexperianced operation. John, the husband, came to do the walk through and provided a quote of $500 for packing and $500 for moving. He quoted me 3-4.5 hours for packing a 1 bdr 1 bth apartment and 4-6.5 hrs moving. The packers took 5 hours before they ran out of supplies and I had to complain for them to come back and finish the job. After which I still had to pack a bunch of stuff on my own. The movers took over 10 hours including 2x 15 minute breaks. I eventually had to tell them to drop off whatever they had because it was almost 8 hours before they even left the pickup location. He offered a bunch of remedies including taking care of anything over 1000 but then retracted. He also offered several "discounts" but said only 1 discount could be applied. None of the discounts would cover the over charge. Several items were also damaged in thr move. If you do hire them, these are some things to look out for: 1 - he will tell you that he puts everything on paper. His "quote" will only have the hourly rate, the minimum hours billed, and any discounts. It DOES NOT include any of the price or hourly quotes he gives you in person. He essentially gives you a really low ball quote to get your business and then "tries to make it better" by giving you a few dollars off. 2 - after the walk through / quote, you won't have anymore interaction with John. His wife and and movers will place all the blame on him and say he quoted wrong. They play essentially good cop bad cop on you so you don't have any recourse. 3. Their contract states that they work on 15 min increments for billing. Monitor when they stay and finish and take breaks... the packers definitely rounded up...without even finishing the job! BOTTOM LINE: I was quoted $1000, I ended up paying around $1450 and so...i'll neede to pack and move a bunch of my stuff. DONT HIRE!

Fast and efficient.

After several inquiring emails and phone calls to owner, John Delgado, my husband and I scheduled 3 men and supplies for our move on Easter Sunday, April 1st. Arron showed up first, the driver, Enrique, was late and the 3rd guy, Marcos, was a no show. The truck did not have the promised supplies (wardrobes boxes, shrink wrap, etc...) we had discussed and agreed upon and I was told that what was on the truck was what was left from the move the day before and I needed to "just deal with it." I phoned Mr. Delgado and he began to lie about what he promised, even though I have emails from him documenting the exact number and dimensions of all agreed upon supplies. I told him this was unacceptable, as we had taken the necessary steps to ensure a stress free move. He said, "I'll call my guys and take care of it." and hung up with me. I went outside to see what the status of the crew was and Enrique informed me that he was instructed to BAIL, he instructed Arron to take what had been loaded off the truck, as Mr. Delgado said they were no longer moving us. They began to unload leaving our belongings in the street. I immediately phoned Mr. Delgado to inquire what just happened and he answered screaming into the phone, "We are leaving because I was instructed to do so by my boss, I got to go I have another call" and hung up on me. I asked Enrique if had the number to Mr. Delgado's boss, so I could phone him to find out why they were instructed to bail on this moving job and Enrique looked at me oddly and said, "M'am Mr. Delgado is the boss, there is no other boss." The whole experience was nothing but lies from the beginning to the end. Here we were on Easter Sunday packed and ready to move to our new home and we were left stranded!
