Five people showed up at my house scaring my dogs, cat, husband who has dementia and leaving us no where to be. Only 1 spoke English. They did not do what I asked them to do and did not put anything back from where they got it. They used my cleaning products and vacuums, when they said they had their own. We had a verbal agreement they would show up ever other Wednesday. I called them the next day telling them I had to totally put my house back in order since they moved things and just left it where they had moved it.. They broke 3 plants. I called them today telling them only 2 people, who both spoke English and since they were using my products I would pay them $120.00, not the 145.00 they charged me the 1st time, which was a total disaster. They then leave me a voice mail that all Wednesdays were booked and that a verbal agreement was not a contract, which it is. They are a waste of time.

Overall, great job cleaning up dust after a window installation project. Responded quickly and pricing was fair. Very good with my dog, which made me happy with this company. I will be using them again.

The main person kept setting times to meet and then wouldn't be there. When I called she said she was somewhere else. Both times I never received a call saying the original time wasn't going to work. Also the cleaning crew missed spots and they had to come back and clean again.

Friendly staff, did a good job.It's just too expensive, but right now with hip surgery I have no choice.

The place looks beautiful, they did a fabulous job.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that I know.

Three gals for 4 hours and NO after cleaning aroma. Did not see them dust shelves either.

Xiomara is great in customer service and making sure you're satisfied with the services. The only thing I would recommend is to be very specific about what you'd like done. I'd refer them to others, overall.

THEY SENT 4 LADIES TO DO A VERY DIRTY HOUSE, IT WAS A HOUSE THAT WE WERE BUYING SO WE WHOLE HOUSE WERE REDOING THE WHOLE HOUSE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY HOUSE I AM VERY PLEASED.

Everything was good except for a $300 deep cleaning on an otherwise clean house, they should be prepared with the supplies to do a deep clean on shower

I think it's horrible when people show up late and they don't choose to call, then I call and they choose not to return phone calls.

Staff was courteous and worked efficiently.

Work was done by 2 who split up the house. One did a solid job and the other wasnt acceptable.

The ladies did a great job cleaning my house and fit the job in on short notice. It was very nice to have a deep cleaned home to come to after work.

They were on time, worked very efficiently, and the result was of high quality. The communications and scheduling were very responsive. The price quote was reasonable and a good value.
