Andy and his team were amazing! They arrived on time at 9am and they were courteous, friendly and very respectful. It was a condo to condo and the team was very aware of the elevator restraints and acted accordingly. They exhibited professionalism at every stage and handled everything with a great deal of skill, care and good humour, including some unexpected glitches in the new building I was moving to, which was still under construction.
