Contacted them for a trench to be dug so that our pool could be rewired. spoke to them about our specific needs and was told we would need to hand dig under the fence and then trench to an outlet. When the showed up they convinced me to run the trench from around the pool equipment instead of hand digging. They damaged two French drains and the back pipe to the pools which. I had to pay a pool person to come and repair that damage in addition I had to fight with them to repair the French drains. After all of this they then changed me twice the original estimate since they had to spend so much time fixing their mistakes.

"l apologize you feel that way, prior to doing the work you received the estimate that clearly states that we were not responsible for anything damaged during the process of creating the trenches for you. You accepted the estimate upon arrival we tracked and tested your irrigation lines and wires as we are in the irrigation business. There was no way for us to know that your drainage or pool lines run in any areas where we were trenching. before we started trenching, we walked you through exactly what we were goingto do, and you okayed it. Once we hit the line, we advised you that we did so. Our estimate states we were not responsible. We still repaired the drainage and capped the pool line so that would not leak until your pool company could come out and fix it. As for the labor we were 586.00 more than estimated due to the fact that we spent time repairing drainage, cap pool line, and also weather conditions as well. I apologize you feel that we didn't do what you expected however the trenches are created and the estimate is solely an estimate until we are completed."

We had a cracked irrigation line and had searched for someone that could repair it during the holidays. Johnny responded, told me about his work with irrigation systems, provided a reasonable quote and repaired it the next day. My wife was home while he did the work. She was thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail, making sure all sprinkler heads were functional and that the timer was set properly for the winter. He made sure she saw that everything was functioning and what adjustments would need to be made for each upcoming season. We will have Xscapes Irrigation and Landscape maintaining our irrigation system from now on! To sum up our experience with Xscapes Irrigation and Landscaping - dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, quality workmanship, excellent customer service and a company with integrity! Thank You Johnny!

I requested a quote via HomeAdvisor, and within 30 minutes, Johnny Gonzalez called me, listened to me describe our issue, visited us within an hour of our call, and fixed our problem after he arrived. We recently purchased a home, and the irrigation system stopped working almost immediately after we moved in. We weren't sure if it was operator error or system failure. Johnny educated us on our system, recommended and set up our 15 stations on different programs including seasonal adjustment depending on drip, rotary, popup irrigation type, and diagnosed our problem, which was a failed master valve that he replaced all for $185. We have found our irrigation company for life.

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement

I hired Johnny to troubleshoot a dormant sprinkler system that I thought had multiple leaks, and to assess the possibility of adding a foundation watering feature to my system. Upon arriving, Johnny inspected the system zone by zone and found only one broken head--the remaining leaks were because the pop-up sprinkler heads had been obstructed and couldn't seal, not because they needed replacing. He also informed me that there already was a foundation watering system in place, and while slightly flawed, it would work fine. In the end, he did exactly what the system needed, and did not pad the work or try to upsell me, despite how easy my naivety would have made it. I could not be happier with Johnny's knowledge, quality work, and commitment to the best interest of his customers. If he tells me something is needed, I'll believe him.

Sam came out to take care of a broken valve for my irrigation system and was a pleasure to have. He fixed the valve very quickly, but also provided useful suggestions on my lawn and garden without asking for additional fees. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about what he does. I will only use Xscapes moving forward and would highly recommend to anyone looking for some help with irrigation or lawn services.

At a certain point he realized that the roots to a 20+ yr old tree was needing to cut out and needed a 2nd tech to reroute the main line that was broken under a heavy rooted tree. To be efficient he recommended a reroute and explained what those cost would be and you accepted and wanted to be put b"

Johnny knee exactly what the problem was and fixed my sprinkler in a very timely manner. He also checked out all the sprinklers to make sure they were running properly. He set my timer to where it needed to be and recommended run times. Price was very reasonable! Thanks Johnny Gonzalez!
