Hire Shawn for your home inspection. Shawn is personable and professional. During his initial call, Shawn provided a clear expectation of what he could provide and what was included in his services. He was able to provide some flexibility in his schedule to work around my availability. Shawn arrived early. His work was detailed and comprehensive. He answered my questions and provided objective explanations of what he was finding and documenting (good and bad). My real estate agent mentioned that she was impressed with him while on site. I received the inspection report by noon of the day after the inspection. It was clear and accurately depicted the conditions found in the house. Supporting photos seem to be the norm, but he also included short video clips for items that couldn't fully be represented by photos. While obviously taken with a smartphone, the video and audio was clear and showed what needed to be seen.

Friendly and patient, answered all questions with a smile no matter how simple.
