They worked well, showed there on schedule, and finished the project even sooner than we expected. The new deck has grown to be the ideal location for family get-togethers because it is strong and exquisitely crafted.

We love the new porch their team constructed for us! Now, it's the ideal location for me to have my morning coffee. The team was highly considerate of our property and worked quickly. I was particularly impressed by the fact that they even cleaned up after themselves.

Red alert. Bruno Xtend was supposed to do a deck project for me gave him my money never saw him again. Buyer beware dont make the same mistake I did!!!

Bruno's Crew was out to repair and replace some rot damage to my shed they had the materails needed . The work was done properly and the technicians where professional workers . They cleaned up after completion .

After interacting with many contractors, I joined hands with Xtend contracting and my single point of contact was the owner Bruno. He offered me the best quote compared to other contractors and his team is very punctual in time. Brunos team suggested me many color combinations for my house, I need to thank them for their time and patience. They even finished the work before the deadline. I strongly recommend the work of this company with all my experience. I will definitely hire them again and have already referred many friends and clients to Bruno!

Signed a contract with X tend in 2021 for the installation of a new deck plus exterior painting. It took a while but the deck was installed in 2022 with good quality. Thumbs up for that! The painting job has not been done yet and we are now in 2023! I understand it has been hard for X tend to find qualified painters. Phone calls are usually not answered (maybe 1 short text reply after 20 or more attempts). I hope X tend can find a painter this year to finish this job. I would be more than happy to write another review on the quality of the painting job

I hired Xtend Contracting for the replacement of my old wood porch. The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. Paulo and Glenis were very professional and courteous and were on time each day. Bruno was very thorough and added recommendations for what was needed to complete the project. Bruno was more than fair for the price of the job. Working with XTend was a good experience. Bruno is very responsible and easy to communicate with. Although it was a small job (replacing the old lattice fence below my deck), Bruno and the crew came together to the house the day before to make sure the job will be done to my specific requests. They end up doing a great, solid job with very reasonable price. I definitely recommend XTend.

Absolutely fantastic work very please

I contacted Bruno Bastos to renovate my bathrooms and build a deck for my home. Bruno and the workers were extremely polite, punctual, professional, neat, and did an excellent job in completing the job on schedule so that I could use the deck in time for summer. Bruno was very easy to reach, and he did a great job in accommodating all my requests, which I really appreciate because it was a job which other companies turned down. I will definitely be reaching out to Xtend for the renovations I plan next year and would highly recommend them to others in the Boston area.

My project was very complicated since I have a hill where I want to put a deck and stairs coming off it leading from my patio. The gentlemen that worked on my deck were Paulo and Glenis. They were great and really know what theyâ re doing- the carpentry is phenomenal! I LOVE my new deck!

I wrote an earlier review that was negative, but since then they have been trying hard to make amends. I believe my problems with them were a result of communication issues.

Despite my down payment and written contract. Bruno did not show up to do the porch project as promised.

Xtend Contracting management style (Bruno Bastos) is terrible, with no scheduling being provided and found it extremely difficult to communicate with Bruno. We signed a contract and the trim work that started on 7/29/2020 has not been finalized yet, with no expected completion date. In addition, we signed a change order on 4/7/2021 and paid the full amount as requested to finish the job that was pending, but we are still waiting. Since 4/7/2021 Xtend Contracting crew has only worked 1 day and now we are being asked for more money in order to finish the job. The only positive note is that we don t have any complaint on the work that has been completed up to date. The crew (Paolo and Glen) has done an excellent job meeting our expectations. If we knew when we signed the contract what we know now, we definitely would not have hired Xtend Contracting.

Paulo, the carpenter in charge, went well beyond what was required.

Bruno was helpful throughout the entire process. There were concerns because of the COVID-19, and that led to time delays that were unforeseen, but Bruno was responsive to my calls. When the project got started, the crew was very professional and competent - and answered all questions. Having done a lot of construction, renovations, prior to retiring, working during the pandemic presented challenges. But XTend was accommodating throughout.

I was very pleased with George he kept me informed of the progression of the project and also any extra work that needed to be done due to unforeseen damage during demolition. The cost of my project was very reasonable and the work performed was professional. There were some minor issues that I brought to Georges attention and he immediately addressed and corrected them without question . I also asked George if he could give me a price on fall cleanup which he did and after agreeing on a price he had his crew out the same day and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

The quality of workmanship was way above expectations. The cost was extremely reasonable. There were a few minor issues with communication related to status of start up but could be attributed to our current covid conditions. I would highly recommend Bruno and his talented team to anyone.

Bruno and his crew redid a walk in mudroom/entry way. The work they did was great! He was straight forward and honest from day 1. It is hard to find contractors that will show up, do the job they promised and provide great customer service at a decent price. Xtend and Bruno did all of these. Everything did not go smoothly on the job a few things popped up like they always do. He worked with me to make sure everything was done and done correctly. He even went above and beyond the work that I contracted them for. I would 100% recommend working with them!
