Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Repair
XtraHandyman Services has been hired/subcontracted over 40 times to provide drywall repairs for my customers. We have never had a complaint from any of our customers, and we have used him for repairs within our office as well. Every time, the job is done to perfection. The quality and service provided is always fantastic. He's always on time, responsive, and professional. The prices he has are also amazing! We will continue to use him and recommend him to all of our customers, family, and friends in the area.

I can do laundry again! Mr. Barrera just might be magic. After I reached out to my appliance's manufacturer, they (Equator) provided his contact details and when I called him he was able to come out that same morning. Mr. Barrera was personable, knowledgeable and methodical. He was open to talking us through what he was doing so if we have issues down the road we can be more confident in our DIY. He made learning fun. I wish every repair tech were as easy to reach and as good at their job as him.

I recently hired Flavio Barrera from Xtra Handyman to fix my washing machine. He charged me $70 for a diagnosis and told me it would cost an additional $185 to fix the issue. On the day of the repair, Flavio spent around 20 minutes replacing a part and then immediately asked for payment without testing the machine with a load of laundry or completing a cycle. It was concerning to me that he was so focused on getting paid that he did not take the time to verify if the issue was actually fixed. After Flavio left, we tested the washing machine and found that the issue was still present. When I contacted Flavio about the problem, he demanded an additional $195 to fix the machine properly. As a customer, I was extremely disappointed with Flavios lack of professionalism and his dishonest behavior. No reputable technician would ever ask for payment before testing their work, and it id clear that Flavio is only interested in getting paid without providing a proper fix. I cannot recommend Flavio Barrera or Xtra Handyman to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable service provider. I certainly won't be using them again in the future.

We took pictures of the before, during & after the job to confirm our two jobs above. We are no scammers, we are here to stay & we are confident that that one bad review will be minimized by numerous good voluntary reviews."

We hired Xtra Handyman to clean our dryer vent as well as install cages over our other outdoor vents. Not only was his work very professional, but when he found seven baby birds, he took them out carefully to give to us to help. He was thorough, clean, and prepared for the job. We would use him again.
