Mike was very informative on phone and prompt for my service call. He was proactive in bringing a worker with him in case they ran into issues connecting a stackable front load washer/dryer. He and his team were efficient and great at troubleshooting a problem with a clogged gas line. I would definitely hire him again.

The work was perfectly done. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars all around is he forgot about the first appt. for the estimate and then was 1 1/2 hours late for doing the work. I would have liked a phone call.

Prompt response, polite, good attitude and neat work, honest in quotes and was fast to complete. Was on time and called and confirmed. Did not have to follow up, made only one call. I will use them for other work in future.

I pick Xtra space because Mick was very reasonable with his price and most of all he keeps his date fix. Not like JMS electrician (John)he has been changing dates just to give estimate and most of all cancel his work just 20 minutes before. Go with Xtra Mick is good with his job and also very neat job too.
