The air conditioner was running went Mark came out. He checked it out and gave me his opinion of the unit with no charge. He offered me a very good deal on a new air conditioning unit when I was ready. The one I had was in very poor condition. It looked like it was beat on, the fan was banging inside and the unit would just quit a start up again. It was sitting on two dry rotted 2X4's. Well I had Mark out today and he installed the new air conditioner in 2 hours. It's beautiful and work great. $1550 including a new pad is a great price. If you need air conditioning help , call this company. You won't be disappointed.

They were knowledgable fair and polite

After reviewing my system, I was given a ball park estimate of $250. However, after adding R22 refrigerant and replacing four components, my bill came in just under $900. On top of that, the upper zone did not cool properly after service. I called them back out and they said everything was fine and "...maybe the units were not big enough for the house..." I will now call someone else to come out and check out the condenser that is acting funny. I would not recommend Xtreme Air to anyone.

I hired Xtreme air to ready my furnace for the upcoming cold weather. It was done efficently. While Mark was at my house I mentioned I was not happy with my old dial thermostat. He had a digital one with him and installed it. The price was reasonable and I will use this company again.
