After the repairs the carpet is in worse shape then when they started, provided no receipt and have not responded to my calls or texts and I still do not have a date for repair for the warranty work.

Cost was entirely too much. Charged for full room re-stretching when they only did two small places. Repairman kept hinting at getting a tip.
