My daughter checked the home after the cleaning & said they did not move the furniture, weren't there long enough to do a thorough job.My son-in-law stated that he takes longer to do one of their rooms than the service took to do four rooms. There were no cleaning smells present.

Did a great job and were very prompt same day service. My only complaint with the service is that they dumped their dirty water with all the chemicals as they left the subdision and I feel this is horrible for the environment.

Overpriced for service. Wouldn't even spray a spot cleaner on trouble spots without upping the price significantly. Did not move furniture before or after cleaning.

"Wax removal, large red plant stains would not be considered a basic carpet cleaning but was explained in detail before cleaning that it would be extra. Furniture was already moved prior to arrival. Client was very nice and we hope to do business in the future and we appoligize if there was any mis-communication."
