"We apologize if Aaron was not completely satisified.Had he contacted our office, we would have taken care of any of his concerns as we guarantee our workmanship 100%.This was a foreclosure home and the carpets had been left heavily soiled and we had to do many more cleaning passes and the carpets take longer to dry.We always strive to give the most accurate phone estimates as possible, but if there is more sq footage when we arrive, the actual bill may be more (or less in some cases).We have always taken credit cards, so Aaron had that option in addition to cash or check. We have soft water tanks on our truck, so carpet is always left softer."
