Called X-treme Restoration regarding water that had entered our home during a storm. Jody responded and surveyed the areas. He explained the process using a thermal imaging showing the wet areas and the remedy. The estimate was very reasonable which we agreed to and he set us up with dryers. Once everything was dry he treated the areas to prevent mold. I highly recommend X-treme Restorations and will use this company again.

Estimate was very professional, not pushy. Other companies only wanted to file a claim with insurance and destroy, rather renovate my entire bathroom when the issue was mold in one area. I insisted on keeping my original tile and vanity (it's lasted 60 years! and was part of why I bought the house). Xtreme was helpful in explaining the process of the mold removal and treatment while preserving my home. I never felt pressure. The quote given was reasonable, as I wanted to pay cash for the work. The work itself was done quickly (completed in 1 day, rather than the 2-3 days quoted) and cleanly.

We called Xtreme restoration when our washer flooded our home. The owner, Jody, and his son were able to get to our home faster than the other major water restoration companies (<2 hrs). They were professional and personable and took great care to get us dried out and move our furniture quickly. They behaved as if it was their stuff, so took great care not to damage anything. While I was calling the insurance company, Jody was prompting me with the essential information so as not to minimize the extent of damage in order that we got everything covered by the insurance claim.

I was very pleased with the service. Communication was excellent, everything was explained to me and the company was very accomodating with my schedule. I would unhestitatingly recommend this company, and will call on them should I need their services in the future.
