Welcome to Xtreme Movers. We have over 30 years of business experience. There are many good reasons to have your items packed by a Xtreme Movers professional, we'll give you the two most important ones. One, it will save you time. Our team of professionals is specially trained in packing procedures and has experience packing all types of items, they can get the job done right in less time than it would take you on your own, no matter how many friends you get to help, we'll do it faster and more efficiently. Two, your goods will be better protected during the move. From dishes and china to picture frames and lamps, our team is trained in the techniques of packing specific items, which include dried flowers, tools, toys, and others. Our professionals know which packing materials and boxes should be used for each specific item, this makes a big difference in the protection of your goods. We also know the volume of how much goods should be packed inside each box.

The delivery people were good but the 3 guys who picked up our things were terrible. They damaged our walls and packed and wrapped so poorly that several pieces were damaged when they were unwrapped. And all the guy kept asking for was his tip. Would not recommend.

We understand this can be frustrating but it was human error. We asked that you send us the invoice that it cost you and we would reimburse you the amount that it took to get the wall fixed. We have tried calling you a few times to receive the documents and you have not answered us or returned our calls. We would like to rectify this situation. Please call us at 866-817-6611 ext. 3. Project: Find Moving Services - Long Distance (Out of State)
Not as advertised with clean trucks and uniformed personnel. High ratings from HomeAdvisor (can't imagine how). Customer Service pleasant with conflicting information. Workers neat in appearance and respectful except for peeing on toilet and floor / using bathroom without asking. Majority of items were either completely broken, lost (missing) or damaged and marred with tape. Blankets dirty, old, torn, tattered with dead bugs. Items were taped to death, heavily protected yet furniture had raw tape residue under alleged blankets. Destroyed lamp, missing bookcase, destroyed space bag, smashed brand new plastic storage containers. Total disaster. Beyond upsetting! Upon unloading, would not let me oversee inventory which was partially illegible without proper descriptions. Claim process was not done by moving company (which was not mentioned beforehand). Claim process was unreasonable putting the burden on me after having my possessions abused, broken and lost. Not worth the time, effort, explanations. No reason to believe compensation to be any where near satisfactory. Damage was done, items broken, furniture lost. My worst moving experience ever!

Project: Find Moving Services - Long Distance (Out of State)
Customer service was excellent but this did not transfer to the move. Moving crew just threw items into boxes. They did not wrap mirrors or pictures. Still haven't been able to find frame legs, remotes for bed and TV. I paid to have crew pack the boxes. Customer service said the crew would have all the right packing supplies. Not true. I was also charged for additional space at the end of the packing which I didn't believe, but I wasn't at the move to supervise. Could be a scam to jack the cost of the move. Beware.

They picked up yesterday, so I don't know what my final rating will be, but the team they sent (Eddy, Antonio and Frank) knew what they were doing, worked quickly and were very pleasant. I was impressed at how creative they were using boxes to add extra protection for the odd shapes of some of my furniture. Don't really know value, but they were in the mid-range.

They switched up the move dates at the last minute. The workers are slow and rude.

When the truck arrived to load, the driver tried to charge more. There was damage to the 2 chairs and lost a box with valuable family heirlooms. I filed a claim over a month ago and have heard nothing. The company has given me compensation for lost and damaged items. I have agreed to their offer.

This was a very difficult and stressful move and Stacy made it easier than I ever could have imagined! I would recommend them to everyone and I will definitely use them again!

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
