Tod from Xtreme Pool and Yard Service was very accommodating and easy to work with. He came out and gave us a very reasonable quote, and then come out a few days later to do the work. We had a lot of weeks in our yard, and a lot of bushes that needed trimming. He and his crew did a fantastic job. We are very happy and will definitely use them again in the future!

He didn't fix the original problem. Now I have a new problem and he won't return my calls.

Replaced my pool light housing and demonstrated excellent troubleshooting skills determining that my switch also needed to be replaced to restore the light.

I WOULD NOT GIVE EXTREME POOLS ANY STARS HE LET MY POOL GO GREEN . HE LEFT THE WATER RUNNING AND DID NOT PUT CLORINE IN THE POOL FOR 2 WEEKS HE LEFT THE POOL FLOATER ON THE DIVING BOARD EMPTY AND LEFT... HE TOLD ME WHEN I CALLED HIM AND FINALLY GOT HIM ON THE PHONE THAT HE WOULD BE AT THE POOL VBY 8 OR 9 AM AND HE DID NOT SHOW.. IO HAD TO GO TO POOL STOR AND SPEND 47.00 TO SAVE MY POOL FROM GOING WORDSE GREEN .. HE IS EXTREMELY BAD POOL SERVICE AND VERRY UNDEPENDABLE!!!

Called within minutes of my inquiry to service magic. He came out within 24 hours and completed my pool maintenance, as well as educating me about future maintenance requirements that I could do myself. The price was very reasonable and I will use this company again.

He quickly got my pool back in shape. We also hired him for regular maintanance at a fair rate.

This feedback is based ONLY on my communications with Mark Smudzinski, as I have not yet been able to observe the results due to my travel schedule. Mark phoned me immediately after my on-line request, was very helpful in understanding my service request, consulted with some colleagues before making a recommendation to me, and made the first service visit promptly. I am now on a weekly service cycle and will check in with Mark this week to see how things are going. So far I am very pleased

Good communication, came out as promised. Looked at pool and equipment, told me that it all looked ok and they would not recommend replacing parts at this time, did not charge me for a service call, gave me a referral to another repair person if I wanted to speak with someone ho might be more knowledgable in the part of my pool that seems to be an issue.

You have acted very quickly everytime I've requested service! Wonderful work and great response and customer service.

Marc saved my life. He came out to look at my pool, understanding the finacial issues that I was experiencing. Gave me some tips and pointers and now my pool works PERFECTLY. It was nice to have someone help me without charging me an arm and a leg. Now if anything goes wrong with my pool, I will call Marc. Thank you guys!
