URGENT MESSAGE TO ALL CONSUMERS...I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR. HE IS NOT DEPENDABLE, DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS, DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK. HE SEALED OUR STEPS IN DECEMBER AND THEY STARTED CRACKING AND PEELING A MONTH LATER. AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS HE REFUSES TO COME OUT AND FIX THE MESS HE MADE TO OUR FRONT STEPS. HE MAY BE GOOD FOR LANDSCAPING OR DRIVEWAYS, BUT NEVER GET HIM TO TOUCH YOUR CONCRETE IN ANY WAY! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!

Zachary, the owner of the company came out and did the walkaround the property taking notes of what I needed done. He was able to finish the work in a couple of days and the rest I'm doing in the spring. Very energetic and thorough! Would highly recommend.

Our tile patio is over 50 years old and never had been redone. The cement needed to be replaced and some tiles were loose. Xtreme Sealcoating did an excellent job. We were glad to see that they spent a lot of time ensuring all the old cement was removed before replacing with new cement. The patio now looks like new. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Good folks, good work - we will hire them again for our next sealcoating.

i regret that i did not use them. the one i did use, montgomery seal coating, was a disapointment. next time i will call Zach.

They did a very nice job. My only complaint is that they got some tar on my grass edges and didn't remove it.

Great job, on time and on budget.

I was very please with the quality of work. They troweled hot seal in the larger cracks. They delayed sealing due to weather conditions. The seal coat was hand brushed- not sprayed. The coating had grit/sand in the seal. I am very satisfied with their service and would use them again.

I don't have a lot of experience dealing with this type of contractor, but as far as dealing with them as a service, they were on the ball and timely. No sooner had I placed the request and they were at my door for an estimate. The price was extremely reasonable in comparison with other seal coat servicers. They worked very hard and were thorough. It had been at least 4 years since the previous coat if not longer and despite this, they did a fantastic job. We were thinking of having it done again next year before it the driveway gets to bad again and we would definately invite them back! (I am sure the job would be easier next year)
