I used this guy to screen in my patio. I wasnt looking for a cheap job and was more than willing to pay the $8k he quoted for a good, quality finished product. However, the quality didnt meet the standards for what he charged. He rushed through the job and made careless errors. Asked him to come back and fix the errors, but he was a no show, of course. Several of my neighbors wanted their patios screened and wanted to know who I used just so they didnt hire him! Dont waste your money like I did! Im going to have to pay somebody else to redo it. I?m a single mother with a kid in college. I cant afford to re-do projects I have already paid for. Boards were left unpainted, screen wasnt pulled tight, wood was split, nail holes werent covered, door isnt level. My house is brand new and the patio looks 10 years old. I believe he took advantage of my being female and not knowing a lot about wood working which is why I used Anjis List for the first time. This whole experience has been terrible. A professional would want to be sure their customer was happy with the job. Once he got the money, he was done.

My husband and I are in our 70's and have never used Angi. We needed some work done that we weren't physically able to do. We entered our information on Sunday night, received a call on Monday morning and Mr. Riley and a co-worker came by to see what was going on. They came back that same afternoon and replaced the three porch posts that were rotten on the bottom from sitting on the concrete. They stained the posts and cleaned up our yard. They were professional, personable and very kind. I am so proud to have this problem fixed and so proud that it looks so good. They suggested that we have the posts stained to match the wood trim on our house instead of painted like they were. So glad we took their suggestion. Thank you so much.

Quality work on time Love the metal building in the deck that he built me his workers are real nice clean and very good at what they do and I would definitely hire him for any other job that I needed and the price was right real good strong materials it?s built stronger than most people try to cheap out on no cutting corners all I gotta say a plus
