This review is long overdue. It has been a full year since my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the Y2K team, observing them diligently carry out their work, and benefitted from the quality products and installation they provided. First off, Victor is the best contractor that Iâ ve worked with, of any trade or industry. I use the term â contractorâ instead of â salespersonâ as at no time during our interaction did I feel like Victor was trying to sell me on anything; he provided me with numerous options, all of the relevant information I could want and, while he made suggestions, he did not pressure me or direct me towards any particular product or solution. On top of that, he was friendly, engaging and ridiculously responsive. I donâ t want my praise of Victor to come off as an exaggeration, because itâ s not, and I donâ t want to unreasonably set othersâ expectations of Victor too high, but that is simply because I canâ t comprehend how someone could possibly maintain the levels of responsiveness, engagement and attention that Victor provided to us throughout the process. That said, I have no doubt that Victor can meet those expectations and, when I reached out to Victor out of the blue just last week regarding our one-year check-up, Victorâ s response was immediate, and he showed up the same day to perform the inspection and make tweaks to our system. As for the rest of the Y2K team, due to being quarantined and at home during the installation process, I was able to observe first-hand the diligent efforts and attention to detail that went into our HVAC project. I was told that our project was one of the most complicated the Y2K team had encountered due to the size and scope, plus the unique twists of relocating our furnace from the ground floor to the already crowded and cramped attic and running new, additional ductwork to add air conditioning to two rooms of the house which were previously cooled only by window units. Amazingly, in the span of less than two days, the Y2K team removed our old AC unit, condenser, furnace, air handler and ductwork, and implemented the design and installation of a completely new system. Notably, they were actually able to complete so much work in one day that we were able to run the new AC on the first night and no other overnight accommodations were needed on our part. I am still not sure how they were able to fit all of the new, larger components and ductwork into our attic, but it was definitely a feat of engineering and construction craftsmanship. Last but not least, Victor and the Y2K team were cost-effective, budget conscious, and transparent â they offered creative solutions for problems that others had quoted us nearly twice as much to solve. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending or, even more strongly, advising others to consider using Y2K for any and all of their HVAC needs.

Y2K AC & Heating is an excellent company! My AC unit was damaged by a lightning strike. Roman Nieto and his son, Roman Jr., were extremely helpful with diagnosing the problem and preparing a report for my insurance company. They also spent time answering follow-up questions asked by the insurance adjuster. They were very neat when installing the new system. They protected the flooring from my back door all the way upstairs to the attic access. I am very particular about my home and contractor selection. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the installation and their very fair and competitive pricing. I highly recommend Y2K AC & Heating. I am confident that you will have a great experience as well if you choose to hire them!

The technicians are great. We had an issue with our third floor air conditioning and they fixed it quickly. They are small - which means sometimes itâ s hard to juggle schedules with limited staff. But they were great at communicating and genuinely nice. I only had them finish yesterday so letâ s hope all goes well!

Victor quoted a price to replace, remove and install a new Trane 2 ton veritable speed HVAC system with new control. His bid was lower than others. I accepted the bid, he promised next day installation, and that is exactly what happened. The unit is set to maintain 50% relative humidity at my set temperature and it dose that. I can't hear the unit running. I will have to wait to see how much my electric bill goes down.

Y2K installed a 4 ton two-stage Trane central air system (evaporator coil, condenser and furnace). I am very satisfied with the professional work, execution of the project and excellent customer service. The cooling is now efficient, comfortable and even across the first floor.

Victor came in and fixed our AC issues that another company could not solve. He and his crew worked into the evening to install our new unit and made sure everything was cooling correctly before he left. I would recommend his company.

Y2K technicians are professional. They have very good knowledge about the work they are doing. They are honest and hardworking. Price was reasonable comparing to others. I had to replace my AC as my AC was old and it broke down on a very hot day in August 2019. I called them in the morning, they started working in the after noon until 11pm same day and I had my AC installed same day. They are dedicated, professional and honest. So I would recommend them any one.
