Daniel exemplified customer service. He came twice to fix a door that of course ended up working the first time here was here - and stopped working the next day. Tried to walk me through on the phone first before we came to the realization it was a faulty sensor. Out quickly to fix things up right. Cant recommend his service enough!!

Pleasant experience dealing with YC Garage Door - everyone from the admin responding to the email, the estimator coming in for measurement, and the installer. Very professional, responsive company all around and get the job done in timely manner.

Our garage door was stuck and wouldnt open or close. I placed a call and he managed to make it through the snowstorm. He replaced the cable and performed extra work that wasnt part of the original request at no extra cost. He was friendly and very polite and happily explained what I needed to know. I would recommend.

One of the the springs on our garage was broken and it wouldnt open. Contacted YC Garage Door Sunday afternoon, and it was fixed by Monday afternoon. Quick service, they made sure everything worked and did a great job. Would recommend

The technician arrived on time, and fixed the issue, including 2 secondary problems. He was efficient and didn't stop until the problem was solved. All in less than an hour.

Garage doors are pretty pricey, but these guys were totally worth it!

They replaced the old door with a dented, scratched and damaged door. The door opener was poorly fitted, the brackets not secures. Wire cables secured with metal staples causing a short. Door not level, door does not close all the time. I've heard all the reasons for not coming, door in stock, but the next day not in stock. Someone died (which is sad if true or not). no responds to Emails. Calls do not connect. When searching the license number I can' t see that it is valid. promise 5 years of service, but do not respond. I would not use them again.

They are not in business. I paid half down and they have multiple phone numbers that do not answer. I went to the address it is luxury apartments off us 41. The better business bureau filed a complaint and also gave me the attorney general phone number. I find it off that Home advisor would even have them on their site. Maybe they should check their companies backgrounds better!

He was the first to respond. Arrived prepared. Analyzed the situation and presented options. Prices were competitive. Worked steadily until the job was completed. Very satisfied.
