Earth First Landscape and Irrigation Services

Robert was scheduled to work on my Irrigation project, then rescheduled. When he showed up and did the work he didn't put heads on any of the irrigation tubing. Irrigation was not getting to plants that he said he had personally fixed. When I had him back to redo the work he had done he again rescheduled. Then when he came back, plants still are not getting water, but not only that when I came home from work. I saw the work he had, supposedly corrected and water was pouring from it. I don't know how long it had been like that. I am so disappointed. I'm so disgusted. I am now out the money he took for the project and the work he had done is not correct!

We had Robert come out and fix all irrigation and replace all the tubing along with the water valves that were continuously leaking and wasting water. He was very polite and professional and friendly to talk to. The water bill ran up to 147 dollars and now it's only 17 She's really happy that she finally got it done and was pleased with Roberts work. If we have any problems in the future we will call him again.

Called and said he could complete the job 1/2 hour. Came over from another job site in our village and completed the task as he said. Would definitely hire him again!

Robert arrived early for our appointment on 3-25 and was very interested in understanding my water flow problem. He took the time to listen to my concerns. After a short period of time, he found and resolved the water flow problem. The drip irrigation system is working as it should. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Would highly recommend him for your landscape and irrigation needs.

Earth First Landscape & Irrigation: (Completed (3) jobs for us! ***** 1) LANDSCAPING (SOD) We planted grass seed when we first bought the house, after the Arizona sun scorched it! We decided to plant sod! I reached out to Robert Sept 30, 2023, for a quote on our backyard to install sod. Robert responded promptly and scheduled our appointment Oct 7,2023 for evaluation and quote. Robert is polite, easy to talk to, professional, prompt and ALWAYS! answered all my questions, text messages, and phone calls. He explained the process of sod installation, how to care for the sod no matter how many times I asked them. :) Robert explained our sod is being grown and was ordered on Oct 10th, 2023. Our project started November 1, 2023 all projects were completed within time frame of 8 days per quote. Our contract was explained in detail of warranty, breakdown of cost, deposits, and all supplies needed to complete jobs. Robert and his team were OUTSTANDING! ON TIME! PROFESSIONAL! I was amazed at the hard work, and teamwork rototilling Arizona, caliche ground! and installing the sod! Robert sprayed liquid fertilizer on the sod in Dec 2023. Robert came over today (3-23-24) to evaluate the lawn, is providing another fertilizer treatment end of May or April 2024. Our lawn looks and feels AMAZING!!!! 2) HIRED SPRINKLER SYSTEM (BACKYARD) Robert and his team installed 2 zone automated sprinkler system. I am highly impressed with this system! This will keep the sod evenly watered on a schedule. Robert showed us all work completed, location of all sprinklers. Robert always responds and addresses our concerns on water coverage on sod. He has stopped by about 3 times total for sprinkler coverage (including today) to adjust sprinklers, replace ones for better water coverage. We love our sprinkler system! 3) HIRED 11X11 PATIO (BACKYARD) I previously hired someone off Facebook! to install 11x11 patio. MISTAKE!!!!! Robert kindly noticed our 11x11 patio was sloped in the middle, on our back yard quote. My husband and I explained our concerns on how disappointed we are with the previous job! Robert asked would you like to add this 11x11 patio to your back yard project? Without hesitation we said YES! Robert and his team carefully removed all the pavers, some pavers were broken, due to prior Facebook person who installed it. Robert and his team prepped the ground, leveled it, and reinstalled my pavers. Our new 11x11 patio is LEVEL! Amazed at all the attention to detail, love the outside border. I am so glad we hired Robert and his team to re do our 11x11 patio. SO! PERFECT!!!!! YEAH!!!!! BONUS: (Pavers left over from patio quote) Robert and his team SUPRISED US! they added border pavers at both sides of the yard, we have gravel on both sides of the house. This is a nice added touch to the yard and keeps the gravel off the grass, as we have 2 dogs! Without hesitation his team raked all the gravel on the sides of the house, and in the front yard, where they walked and brought in supplies. Thank you for all your hard work!

He was late most days, he normally work like average of five hours a day. He was not consistent in his workdays. He admitted that he was a licensed contractor which was a lie a lie because later on he admitted he is not a licensed contractor because he cannot provide the licensed contractor number. I asked him to provide receipts but his response was that contractors don't provide receipts. instead of providing me receipts he provided me a list of expenses. it showed that I overpaid paid him at least $1500. I ended firing him because he lied to me and he was dishonest so I hired somebody to finish the job. He did not informed me about 10 % seniors discount also.

Great. Work was done on time and done professionally. What he was going to do and use was explained.

Robert is very much a professional & when he promises you satisfaction you will be more than satisfied. Even my neighbors came to me for his information after seeing the work!???
