Joshua R. installed a 40gallon water heater into a water heater closet after first removing the existing tank. He did well and returned the next day to make sure everything was connected right and working well. He was very dedicated to doing a good job, which he did.

They came right away, did the job and had the best price of anyone. And the repair man was very nice and respectful.

We had a 50-gallon gas heater that started leaking, and we needed to get it replaced urgently. I submitted an online request, and they literally called me within 10 seconds! They arranged for a visit for an estimate within one hour. The on-site project manager was Jason V. He assessed the situation and gave us a very clear, on-the-spot estimate. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his coworker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them at our home, and their work was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with how fast the project came together and that is was fully completed the same day. We also had guests arriving soon, and there were going to be 6 people in the house that weekend, so we couldn't risk having a damaged water heater. So, they really saved us!!

So the previous owner really did a horrible job in taking care of my home that I’ve been in for 2yrs now. Jason rocks! Extremely responsible, professional, and transparent. Jason, the very capable tech, showed me all of the root clog points with his camera, and went the extra mile to thoroughly clean out all the roots with a water jet. He explained additional long-term options without trying to upsell me, I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Dropkicks Plumbing and in particular Jason. They will be my go-to sewer service when our 1940’s house has issues in the future.
