We were out of state September 28th when our rentals septic pump and lift station went bad. I contacted David and he was able to work with me by phone and get the work done. He came out right away and took care of our issue immediately. I highly recommend him to anyone needing septic maintenance or repairs.

A&R Septic Solutions performed my Septic Inspection as a first time home buyer. They marked everything was good, no signs of current or previous failures, filtered, the whole undetailed grand slam pass. Just shy of 1 year of living in my first home, I experienced issues with my septic system. I've now had 3 companies come out and inspect my septic system. They found no filter, drain field has failed, damage to the inlet concrete lid, and signs of previous repairs. Very contradictory from my initial inspection by A&R. Not to mention they didn't even secure my riser lid on correctly or get my address right on the inspection paper. I now have to replace my drain field. I reached out to David with A&R, explaining everything, and was told he had pictures of filter and inspection. I requested photos 3 separate times to confirm and still haven't received anything. Photos were not included with my original inspection form. I asked for some help to pay for the new drain field as I don't think his inspection was honest. He said his inspection was only good for that day, maybe if it failed within 30 days, it would be a different discussion. Although I have quotes for repairs on multiple parts of my septic system, the owner of A&R stated "it's your fault". As he put it, buying a used home is like buying a used car. Mind you, Septic systems don't just fail within a year without indications that should have been caught on the inspection. I only hope to spread awareness of my experience with A&R Septic Solutions. Maybe it will save someone else from their negligence and shouldering a financial burden. Contacted David, he had an opening and was at my house in less than an hour to do an emergency septic pump. Awesome service, he cleaned my filter, pumped both chambers of my system and was thorough. Very honest, and humble. I really appreciate the help!
