They called me very promptly after my inquiry, scheduled me an appointment for the next day, and showed up when they said they would. Additionally, they got down to business and installed everything fast and well. My tech even called verizon for me after they finished the install to find out about fios availability in my area and put someone in touch with me. Very awesome and they will get my business in the future for sure.
