YGS Design & Development is a new Boston based creative architecture and real estate development firm committed to design innovation. It was founded in 2012 by its principal, Yael Getz Schoen as a multi-disciplinary firm that designs and develops properties, offering full design services (from conceptual design through all design stages until completion) as well as development services (including financial analysis, permitting, and property management). It is highly committed to creating affordable modernly designed projects with sustainable principles and to achieving competitive real estate products for the intended markets.

Yael is a pleasure to work with. She's imaginative, careful, clear, intelligent, helpful, fast, and flexible. She's also completely honest about her skill set -- if she says she can do something you can rest assured: she absolutely can. If she tells you that she need help with something such as engineering calculations she'll find someone wonderful to do the work. You'll be in good hands.
