Had my AC unit go out. Was able to quickly get a service appointment and they were able to provide a free estimate for cost to repair vs replace the unit. They had the work done in a matter of hours and the quality of work was top notice. All of the staff I dealt with was professional and courteous.

Needed to install new sink. YMC was the first to respond, we set up a time to meet and they never showed or called. I had to call and ask what happened as I had to be at work and my disabled husband had to sit up and wait. He has very bad back issues so to ask him to wait from 8-12 and then have nobody show up, in my opinion It seems whoever answers the phone at YMC doesn t really have much empathy for their customers. Anyhow, they called one of their guys to get over to our home for the appointment ASAP. Well the employee they called to meet my husband called me and he seemed super irritated and unfriendly. Turns out that they guy they sent saved their review from me. He was a little grumpy on the phone, but when he got here, he was a rock star. So helpful, he went above and beyond to help us with our project and he did a great job with the installation. YMC needs to find out what employee they sent here and congratulate this employee on a job well done when the company gave us a big middle finger and couldn t even show or call on a job (ours) that they went after when they saw it on Home Advisor. Who does that? Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend YMC as leaving a disabled person to just hang out while you forget an appt with no call is Unacceptable. Please YMC, don t go after business that you really don t see as valuable.

Good experience with call to company to make appointment. Tech showed up on time and professional in my home.

Ymc came right over and replaced leaking garbage disposal quickly for 90 year old tenant couple.

Serviceman did not remove everything underneath the sink when taking off the clogged drain. As a result after horrible odors , I found drain gunk in a container of cleaning supplies. After thorough cleaning of the area and more cleaners down the drain , there is still a fowl odor under the sink

Jake Sawin and Chris Adams from YMC, Inc. installed a gas line from the garage to my kitchen for what will now be a gas oven/range replacing an electric one. Two days later they installed a new gas water heater in the garage. I am exceedingly pleased with their service and highly recommend YMC because of the professional work they did. Jake and Chris are two of the nicest young men I've had the pleasure of meeting in a work capacity. Kudos to YMC for having men like them working for and representing the company. In addition to the excellent work done, YMC, Inc. is very fair and reasonable in their charges. I definitely recommend them.

They did a great job and were very friendly. My original appointment was 9 am but their first call took longer so someone from the office called me to reschedule for later that day. It was not a big deal for me because I worked from home that day. They were very apologetic and did a great job when they got there.

Everything started off ok, but the hot and cold water was plumbed backwards, one of the fittings on the sink hose had a leak and my daughter said the technicians did not clean up the work site prior to departure.

They were $270.00 cheaper than Owyhee sheet metal, and did great work and in record time.

I havd new floors installed in my house. During my work, Home Solutionz kept me updated and was responsive to my questions. I did have an issue with a part of the project not initially being completed correctly. Home Solutionz was quick to follow up with me and fix the error. Overall, I am happy with my experience.
